I was looking for a shortened trip for myself, husband, and her two daughters, Jeffrey provided us with that! He could tell they were getting kind of bored because the fish weren't biting (We really wanted to catch fish haha) So he took us to an island and we found some absolutely breathtaking shells! He taught us how to find conch shells and once my girls found one, they kept finding them! They both said it was the best day ever!!! We can't thank him enough for making our last day so awesome and relaxing. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

I am a novice fisherman who wanted to give my kids a great fishing experience and build all of our knowledge about how to fish, this was the perfect trip for that. Captain Jefferey is great for children and adults, clearly very knowledgeable, but so willing to teach. He was super patient with our kids (8, 10, and 13) and helped each of them reel in a fish (two were drums that we coukd keep, he gave pointers for where to take them in town etc). we literally could not have asked for more from this trip, we will definitely be back!

I had 3 teenage girls on this trip. Jeff did a great job teaching them how to fish, find shells and sand dollars. His communication before the trip was great. Adults and kids loved every minute. He shared a lot about the local community and geography of the ocean. If we come back to Hatteras, we would definitely do another trip with him!

jeff was great, as always. Caught fish. saw a pod of dolphins close up, and even got a large conch shell. He definately put in 120% to make aure we all had a great time .

Captain Jeffrey is a great guy, down to earth, and a strong family man. He guided us to multiple spots for fishing for drum and blues. The fishing was great, the catching not so good, but obviously as any fisherman knows, this happens some days. Despite that, Captain Jeffrey was engaging, fun to talk to, and has a strong heritage on the island. We did reel in a couple of 31” and 32” drum which put up really nice fights. All in all, it was a great afternoon on the water and I would highly recommend Island Saltwater Adventures and Captain Jeffrey.

Captain Jeffery really made sure our half day trip was fun yet productive by finding the best spots to find a good bite. Although it was a slow fishing day, my boyfriend’s son stroke beginners luck with captain Jeffery’s first time fishing lessons and was the only one that managed to catch 4 fish! He was so excited & had a great experience. My boyfriend & son had a great father son day on the water and cap Jeff bro’d out with them was great with his son (7 years old) and attentive to our safety and what we wanted to get out of the trip and very informative! The water where he took us inshore was beautiful. Pro tip- If anyone in your party gets sea sick while being anchored, me :( cap recommended taking dramamine the night before so it’s in your system for the next day. Thank you! Captain Jeff made our trip perfect for my whole family. He had us catching fish within 5 min of reaching our spot. I had my wife and three kids and my dad on the trip. When everyone was wore out from reeling in fish he took the kids to a sandbar to let them swim and look for shells. Not only did he put us on fish but explained why he was fishing the location and technique. Couldn’t ask for a better captain.
