    (Half Day Trip)

    Biggest catch of the season!!

Ozzy was a fabulous captain and fishing guide. He picked us right up at the marina near our hotel. It was just a short boat ride out to our spot and the moment I dropped my line, I had a fish on! We caught cod, coal fish, haddock, hake and polac. my daughter had the monster trophy fish of the day!! Ozzy thanks agsin for a great morning.

    (3 Hour Trip – Inshore)

    Great experience!

We had such a great experience with Captain Matt and his first mate! We caught two striper, plus a bunch of mackerel and pollock, and had a fantastic time from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole trip fun and easy. Great day on the water and we’d absolutely book with them again!

Pollock fishing is a favorite for anglers who want fast action and great eating. Pollock are strong, schooling fish from the Cod family. They hit hard, fight deep, and keep rods bending. Many anglers target them for steady bites, tasty fillets, and the chance to hook multiple fish in one spot.

You can catch Pollock by bottom fishing, jigging, trolling, or spinning. Metal jigs, spoons, and diving plugs work well when fish are feeding midwater. Natural bait like Herring, Squid, Clams, or worms is also very effective. Pollock often school around wrecks, reefs, and ledges. They may feed near the surface, so keep a rod ready for quick drops or fast retrieves.

Expect quick strikes, powerful dives, and tight schools that can fire up the bite. This is a fun trip for first-timers, families, and seasoned anglers. Bring warm layers, a hat, sun protection, and non-slip shoes. Pack any snacks and drinks you need. If you’re prone to seasickness, consider motion medicine before departure. Many crews provide tackle and will suggest the best setup for the day.

Before your trip, check local fishing rules. You may need a fishing license or permit. Seasons, size limits, and daily harvest rules can change by area. Your captain can help explain the current regulations. Always follow local laws and practice safe handling if you plan to release fish.
