Quality Assurance at FishingBooker

Our recruiters work with hiring managers to assess candidates through their applications. If you are selected, you will receive an email from us to arrange a Skype interview. Prepare for your interview by learning about our company, culture, and the role. Depending on the position you have applied for, you may be required to complete additional tasks or tests as part of the selection process. You will be notified of these in advance. If we decide to progress your application, you will be contacted for additional interviews. We have three rounds of interviews including the Skype interview. Rock your interviews by coming prepared and being yourself. Interviews at FishingBooker are relaxed and conversational so we can get to know each other throughout the process.

Once we have made the decision to extend an offer of employment, we will notify you via phone or email following the final interview. You will receive an offer letter with all the details including how to respond within the given timeframe. Prior to an offer of employment being confirmed, we will ask you for references, generally three, in order to complete a reference check. As soon as this is done, we will confirm your offer in writing and officially welcome you to FishingBooker!
