The Tyrrhenian Sea is known to be astoundingly beautiful, but it's also home to a variety of exciting species to catch. Pequeño Nieto takes full advantage of its local experience and brings you right to the hottest fishing spots off the coast of Italy.
Climb aboard the 22' Robalo, built in 2010. It's powered by twin Honda engines, with an impressive 500 HP between them, giving the boat the capacity to develop 32 knots. That speed ensures you get to your fishing spot in no time. She comes fully equipped for the job of serious fishing. A state-of-the-art electronics suite is present on board, as well as a wireless trolling motor. A live bait well and outriggers are there also, ensuring your trolling trips go smoothly and efficiently.
Captain Dario Rossi is a veteran of the local waters and happy to take you to all of the local fishing spots that he knows about. This charter prides itself on being versatile, catering to both families with children and inexperienced anglers, as well as serious sportsfishermen looking to net a prize keeper. Dentex, Amberjack, Bluefish, Mahi Mahi, and others are on the catch list for this charter. The stars of the show are the Spearfish and the Bluefin Tuna. The vessel is fully equipped to take on these prestigious predator fish.
There is no minimum age policy for this charter but Captain Dario doesn't allow children under 10 on the big game fishing trips. All the required equipment is provided by the charter. Customers are advised to bring sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, and food on longer trips.
Keeping the catch depends on the season, for Bluefin Tuna keeper months are June and July. Keeping the catch depends on the season, species targeted, and local laws. Customers are recommended to contact the captain about keeping their catch prior to booking the trip.

I’ve been serious fisherman my entire life but have limited salt water experience or knowledge. My son hooked up and landed a roughly 10kg (22 lbs) Bonito. Got some great pictures and had a swim in the blue water around 11km (7 miles) from shore. The bite was slow on our day out, but the crew was determined. Mission Accomplished. Would have loved a little more action, but it’s called fishing, not catching! Great experience! Beautiful fish! Book it!

I will say if you do plan on handling the fish yourself I would recommend wearing not so good clothing or bring an extra pair of clothes. They even made us a reservation at a nearby restaurant that cooked the food for us, and it was amazing!

"Hai presente quando non sai da che parte cominciare? Scegliamo il criterio della cronologia. Il Charter sarebbe dovuto avvenire verso metà luglio ma avendo noi solo il sabato a disposizione il tempo non era dei migliori ed il comandante ci consigliò di rimandare...la cosa è avvenuta per 3 volte (chiunque avrebbe concluso prima; lui no). Poi le vacanze etc... Finalmente il 5 settembre abbiamo le condizioni e si esce. Barca: perfettamente allestita per praticamente tutti i tipi di pesca. Il comandante è una persona squisita, un navigatore esperto e un PESCATORE VEROOOO! Conosce i posti e ci tiene che avvengano gli strikes...e quando hai una guida come lui...li hai!!! Tecniche di pesca sorprendenti e catture una dietro l'altra: lampughe a raffica e poi (rilasciati immediatamente) alletterati, tonni rossi e pesce spada. Esperienza oltre le aspettative. Secondo voi ve lo consiglio? COSA ASPETTATEEEEEE!?!??!?!?!! Complimeni capitano Dario.....

We took a 6 hour trip together with my dad and everything was amazing. Dario was super attentive and gave us some great tips. He went out of his way to ensure we were happy and we caught a lot of fish - Mahi Mahi, Bonito and couple of small Bluefin Tunas that we released. We kept some of the larger fish and will cook them this evening. Overall, we could not be happier with our trip and highly recommend Pequeño Nieto!!

Our day started on time and with an experienced captain Alessandro. He was personal and wanted to help us catch fish. We caught a bonitos tunafish. We tried again and a blue fin took the hook, the line went out, and snapped the line. We had the best time! Highly recommend!!
