Rich had a hydraulic failure in the steering, but handled it like a pro. He had to get a part 50 miles away, kept us in the loop, and had it installed by noon. We still got more time on the boat than we agreed to, and he offered a short fishing trip to make up for the lost time on the small breakdown even then! Integrity and character. We went offshore about 30 miles, and there were several boats fishing near a bunch of birds, and we caught more fish than all the other boats combined, dashed all over and eventually boats started following us! Haha! Limited out on Blackfin tuna, caught 2 other types of tuna. Had a blast. Hooked up a couple of Wahoo that came off quickly but it was exiting. 33' boat performed well, and had a head so my wife felt comfortable.
Captain Richard was very knowledgeable and had all equipment and bait needed. He had us on fish immediately. We caught several Snappers and then moved on to shark and caught 3 of those! it was a great day on the water- highly recommend Reel Destiny sportfishng charters.

Richard was amazing! On time, respectful, completely prepared and very knowledgeable. His boat was safe and had everything we needed. He put us on some great spots. We caught a lot of fish and more importantly we had a great time. I have been on several charters and this one was the best.

In my younger days, I lived in Abu Dhabi, UAE where I was a First Mate and fished the Persian Gulf and the Gulf Of Oman. The billfish were amazing. In the summers when my folks vacationed, we always came home to Florida. The Atlantic and Keys were my inspiration; I spent my days and nights fishing. Like clockwork, you could find me on a boat, pier, or beach from sunrise to sunset. When my folks retired back to Florida, I knew what I wanted to do…bring folks out to share the excitement, experience fishing, and have a load of fun doing it.
