Sea Dream Offshore Charters
Sea Dream Offshore Charters operates out of the legendary sportfishing town of Hatteras, NC. They specialize in getting groups onto their own dream catch in the deep, rich waters of the Gulf Stream. These waters are famous for their deep sea action, with monster Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna, and more keeping anglers busy throughout the year.
The “Sea Dream” is a 45’ sportfisher built right here in North Carolina by the renowned boat builder Bobby Sullivan. She may be in her forties, but this hardy vessel can still compete with the best of them, cruising at 22 knots and boasting a huge range of tech and equipment.
The boat has GPS and a fishfinder to sound out the deep water of the Gulf Stream. Once you have locked onto your target, her outriggers will spread your lines far and wide as you troll either live baits or lures. The fish in these parts take no prisoners, but a tournament-grade tackle from Penn International and Shimano will make sure you hold your own against the best of them.
And even the worst of them here is the best of them in most places in the country! Bluefin Tuna are Hatteras’ signature species, but you can also target Yellowfin Tuna, Blue and White Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and so much more on these trips.

Amazing Day on the Water with Captain Charlie and Mate Dallas!
What an unforgettable fishing trip! From start to finish, Captain Charlie and Mate Dallas delivered a top-tier experience that exceeded all expectations. Their knowledge of the water, passion for fishing, and all-around great attitude made the day not just successful — but truly memorable. We started early and got into the tuna right away. Hard-fighting and powerful, each hookup was a rush of adrenaline. Captain Charlie kept us right on the action, and Dallas was on point the entire time — coaching, gaffing, and keeping the deck running like clockwork. After the tuna bite slowed down, we switched things up and started chasing mahi mahi. Their vibrant colors and acrobatic fights made for an exciting finish to the day. Dallas was everywhere at once — helping us land fish, resetting lines, and keeping the good vibes going. Captain Charlie knew exactly where to go, and the whole day ran like a well-oiled machine. Slow day fishing but was very enjoyable
Sea dream charters with caption Charlie Fleetwood and first mate Grant was a amazing time. The fishing started really slow (for every boat out there) but the captain and first mate never gave up and never stopped working. Eventually we got on some fish we caught 4 dolphin 4 king makeral and 1 false albacore. Through a lot of hard work and determination the crew of the sea dream put us on some fish and all 6 of us were able to get a chance to catch. Thank you very much for making an effort so our day turned out well. Captain Charlie and first mate Grant are very friendly and knowledgeable they take their job serious and want to see everyone have a great time. It was a real pleasure.

Great 2 Days of Fishing!!
Chartered 2 days back to back with Captain Charlie and his mate Dallas. They did not disappoint boating lots of Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, and even a Sailfish!! Captain Charlie found us the fish and Dallas worked his tail off make sure we caught them. Special shout out to Dallas for going above and beyond…Great work and thanks for an enjoyable trip!
