Join Capt. Paul for an exciting fishing adventure in the waters of Massachusetts. You can hit the fishing grounds near the coast for Cow Stripers and Bluefish on a half or full day trip. If you’re getting antsy from even thinking about hooking up a Bluefin Tuna, the full-day offshore trip is the way to go! Capt. Paul will get you to check the bite for these torpedo-sized predators after a 1h ride to the best fishing spot.
You’ll be fighting these beasts from the 32’ Duffy-built downeast, the “Hogg Tied.” She’s fully equipped for serious sportfishing, powered by a 440 HP Yanmar engine. Outriggers will extend your reach when trolling and allow for more lines in the water at the same time. A live bait well will keep your bait spry and appetizing for longer, so you can focus on making the perfect cast.
You’ll be provided with high-quality fishing equipment from Penn and Shimano, as well as custom-built rods – no losing fish due to gear failure here!
There’s no minimum age for kids with Crossroads Charters but parents should contact the captain in advance so he can prepare life jackets in the correct sizes.

I booked an afternoon striper trip with Capt. Paul. It was my son’s 13th birthday so we went fishing with him, myself and my wife. My wife caught the keeper. 🙄 Tons of fun catching mackerel for bait. Capt. Paul put us on fish. A beautiful weather day as well. Thumbs up.

Captain Paul and first mate Jim made our first time family fishing trip a memorable one! We got our hands a dirty right of the bat by starting of catching our own bait (mackerel). The kids had a blast reeling in strings of them, while the adults helped collect into the onboard tank. First mate Jim really showed us how to work as a team to get the job done! Lots of action! Then we went off questing for stripers. Paul and Jim used the fish finder to get us the best chances of catching something. We learned how to ready the bait and about how to succeed at catching stripers. Luck wasn’t on our side - one got away, and the others weren’t regulation size to take home, but we got to experience it all! Overall a fantastic experience. Would recommend this charter to anyone!
