You'll be fishing aboard a 22' 2016 model Blue Wave tunnel hull boat. This sturdy vessel gives a comfortable ride for up to 4 guests. She also allows you to get into the shallow flats of the San Antonio and Matagorda Bay Complex. The boat has a range of electronics to pinpoint the fish and a trolling motor to stalk silently through the skinny waters.
Explore the shallows on the hunt for Reds, Trout, Flounder, and more. When the weather is calm, you may even be able to head to the local reefs for delicious table fare like Red Snapper. It ended up raining like crazy the night before our 6-12p trip with Capt Cory unfortunately, however that did not stop him from trying to put us on the fish from start to end! We hooked a ton of gafftop to start and while it was fun making the catch- not what we were looking for! Cory took us to multiple more spots until he found the sweet spot! Cory was knowledgeable, patient and fun! He made our first charter experience a great memory!! We would HIGHLY recommend him! Thank you Cory! We hope to see you again!! Next time don't ask for the wind though! 😜

Capt. Cory was relentless in delivering us to the best spots to catch our limits in trout and even getting some reds, too. We look forward to going out with him again.
Even though the fishing was slow for everyone in the area, Cory tried his hardest to find us some fish. He even fished longer than the 6 hours and contacted some other captains to see if they were on any fish. He constantly checked the weather to keep us safe and dry by going around rain storms. He was funny and very enjoyable to be around. Thanks Captain Cory. I will fish with him in the future.
