Owned and operated by Captain Patrick Hause, Pacific Venture is built on experience, precision, and a deep respect for the Pacific.

Captain Patrick has been fishing since a very young age. From the waters of Baja up to the Southern California coast, years on the water has given him an instinctive understanding of seasonal migrations, offshore patterns, and where the fish are biting.

With six years of professional experience aboard larger SoCal charter vessels, Patrick knows how to run fun and smooth trips finding the right spots to catch fish — whether it's a 4-hour family trip or a full 8-hour offshore adventure.

Pacific Venture is the only 6-passenger commercial charter vessel in Oceanside equipped with an automatic life raft and an EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon), critical emergency equipment that exceeds standard requirements.

The vessel holds an official Uninspected Passenger Vessel (UPV) decal issued by the U.S. Coast Guard, confirming full compliance with federal safety standards.

Pacific Venture is a 43' LOA vessel that's powered by a pair of 230 HP Yanmar 2023 Diesel engines. She's got plenty of room for up to 6 people to fish and enjoy themselves in comfort. She's got 'SeaKeeper Stabilization Technology', specifically designed to virtually eliminate 90% boat roll. Not only that, but she's got a spacious flybridge with seating for 5 people, as well as a toilet that comes in very handy on longer trips.

Pacific Venture also hosts seasonal whale watching excursions and respectful burials at sea, handled with the same professionalism and care. Every trip is about creating memorable experiences on the water.
