Captain Pete's Fish Tales – Eastern Shore 

Our Capt. Jed and first mate Jordan were awesome! They were personable, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and were very funny! Our 3 girls had never fished before and they were very patient with all of them and joked around and made them comfortable. We caught a few itty bitty fish that we had to release, and came home with a LOT of clams! I would recommend this trip to everyone and we will 100% be back next year!

I am so grateful for the crew and captain for our fishing trip! Just wonderful people overall. They went above and beyond, and were so wonderful with my children. We made memories that will last a lifetime. We also learned some very valuable life skills as well, like catching clams, crabs, and mussles. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a great trip. The captain and crew member were fantastic, knowledgeable, and very personable. We took this trip toward the end of May, so the fishing was very slow, but the captain and crew member made this trip fun and very worth it. My son was excited for the one that he caught and was able to take home. The captain cleaned it and pointed out some interesting things about the fish while doing so. We will definitely be booking with him again when the weather is warmer and the fishing is better. We are very much looking forward to returning!

Captain Jed was amazing. We did a 4 hour trip and caught some flounder,sea bass and kingshead. My father and I were lucky enough to reel in 2 sharks! This is the 3rd time with this charter and never had a bad trip. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect trip for 3 young boys. It was split up perfectly. We started with fishing got into some croaker and sea trout. While we were fishing the captin was very patient with the kids asking a million questions and trying g to touch everything. We saw dolphins, stung rays, a shark, and turtles while fishing. After that we traveled to check the crab pots. Ours wernt full we caught a few small crabs and some females. But he told the kids and showed them the difference between male and females and the eggs. After that it was off to the claming grounds (be ready to get dirty and change) it was awesome to walk through the mud and feel around for clams (we found a ton). They also found minnows, crabs, hermit crabs, and whatever else which was really cool. Only thing that would have maybe made the trip better was if the mate showed up for the trip. Our captain had to work double time with all of us. He did an excellent job and don't think not having the first mate hurt the trip by any means but might have helped the captin and make it go a little smoother.

Chris was amazing. Set us up properly, took us to a great spot, and within 15 minutes, we were catching Mahi!

We had an amazing experience at the fishing trip. We saw that it was going to rain on the day of our trip and called the captain if we can move it to the previous day. He was able to do it for us. The captain and his assistant helped us every step how to catch various different fishes. We were overwhelmed and want to do it more often. Thanks Captain and your assistant who was awesome.

Great trip, we got about 2 doz. clams, the kids n wife caught some small fish, then we pulled some crab pots, got almost half bushel. kids were happy as could be ages 8-12.

Crew was great! They were very accepting of our dog Finn, it was his first time on a boat and he had a fantastic time! They even stopped at a sand bar to let him run off some of his excitement. Crew was very helpful and kept us moving so we could catch as much fish as possible. 10/10 would recommend and book again- they made fishing a breeze and we had a great time!
