If you’re looking for a premier destination for inshore and coastal light tackle fishing, you’ve come to the right place. You will get to some of the hottest fishing grounds in comfort and style thanks to the 26’ Blue Wave Pure Bay, rigged with a 350 HP Mercury Verado engine. She is fully equipped to take up to 4 persons to new fishing horizons, and all-Shimano fishing gear will be provided for you as well.
You can go fly fishing on the flats, test your bottom fishing skills, or give offshore angling a chance — Capt. Chris will gladly take you where you want to go. On your to-catch list could be anything from Speckled Trout and Redfish, to Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Red Snapper, and King Mackerel, depending on what you’re targeting.
You can choose how much time you will spend on the water, but naturally, longer hours mean catching more fish, and who doesn’t want that? Whatever your strategy, one thing’s for sure, you’re not going home empty-handed.

8 Hour Trip – Gulf Reef (AM)
The best time ever even caught a wall hanger
Can’t say enough good things about our fishing trip with Chris Wawa in Panama City! From start to finish, it was an absolute blast. Chris knows exactly where to go to find the fish, and he kept us reeling all day long. I even hooked into a shark (couldn’t quite land him), but I did pull in a 35-inch red grouper — a monster they call a “fire truck” — and it’s going on the wall! But what really stood out was how awesome Chris was with our kiddos. He was patient, encouraging, and made sure they were included in all the action. You can tell he genuinely enjoys sharing the experience with families. The kids had the time of their lives and are still talking about it. If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly, and action-packed fishing adventure, Chris Wawa is the one to book. Can’t wait for the next trip!

Our family of **hidden content** yo kids) had a great day of fishing. The boat was clean, plenty of places to sit and lots of fish to catch. We went to a handful of different areas to fish and had plenty of opportunities to real them in. Went home with plenty of fish to cook for a few days. Highly recommend Captain Chris who is very experienced not only with fishing, but also boat safety and knowledge of the area. He offered plenty of guidance to our family and was great with our kids. We will definitely be back and will plan on booking with Chris again.

Would recommend capt. Chris to everyone
Capt, Chris was one of the best we’ve had. We’ve had some captains that would sit on spots for a long time even if it wasn’t hitting well, not capt.Chris. If we were catching good fish or eating fish, or the fish he was aiming for, he would has us pull up and move to the next hole. He had multiple rods set up for both of us with live bait and squid. Capt.Chris was very knowledgeable and was so quick to respond to any questions and teach us. It was one of my favorite trips in the last 8 years and we go about every year. Will definitely be coming back and bringing my son for his first fishing trip.

Great Captain, Great Fishing!
Captain Chris was great. I took my wife, dad and teenage daughters out for a 5 hour trip. Chris got us in fish right away and had non stop action. Very personable and fun captain to spend time with. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to book with him!

Captain Chris is an excellent fishing guide. He drove us out to where the fish are and we nailed them. When it slowed down he took us to the next spot and so on. He is a very knowledgeable and down to earth guy. Would very much recommend him.
