He also enjoys bringing families together to experience everything that these waters and the surrounding areas have to offer.
The captain will happily take you to the best locations to get on fish, traveling anywhere from the famous Floridian flats to local wrecks, reefs, and even the deep seas. His 45' Hatteras fishing boat is fitted with the finest navigational equipment and all necessary safety features, making it the perfect vessel for the job. The captain believes that everyone should be able to experience the joys of fishing, and accepts children of all ages onboard, with lifejackets provided. The boat also features plenty of shade and a portable toilet for when nature calls.
No matter where you want to fish, or whether you want to reel in a Cobia, Grouper, Mahi Mahi, or Billfish, the captain has you covered! If you're just starting out, he'll be glad to show you the ropes and give you a proper introduction to the world of sportfishing. Or, if you're a more experienced angler and fancy trying something a bit unusual, how about spearfishing? Your captain will provide you and up to two friends with all the necessary equipment.
Each trip includes top-of-the-line Penn and Shimano rods and reels. Are you a keen fly fisher? The captain would love to have you onboard – just make sure you bring your favorite gear with you. With their help, each one of us got a couple of fish and I think they did everything they could to get us to the right spots and get the fish to the surface. i would highly recommend Atlantic Gulf Fishing Charters, and we will be back next year to book another fishing trip with them. Caught a fantastic black grouper that we had to release because it was out of season. Got some great pics quickly and was able to release it for the next angler. Captain and First Mate were both ecstatic with the grouper. Kinda of a slow bite but the Captain was trying everything in the book to get us more fish. Super appreciative of the knowledge and the effort to make our charter successful.

3/4 Day Trip on November 25, 2025 • 6 adultsThis trip was a lifetime bucketlist dream of my husband who has been battling stage 4 colorectal metastatic to the liver cancer. These two gentlemen worked their butts off to make sure we caught the sailfish that my husband had been dreaming of. It was very choppy, the captain did his best keeping the boat facing into the wind so the waves were at the minimum. I would do it all over again.

The crew did everything they could to get us fish and we came back with a cooler full. They were very helpful and patient with us. If/when we come back to the area to go fishing they will definitely be the place we go.

We came down to the Keys for my brother’s bachelor party and this was an epic experience. Boat is amazing, and these guys are LEGIT. Dont look anywhere else just book it.

Capt Jojo and crew worked hard to find fish. seas were a bit rough and the full moon made tides aggressive. we caught many different fish working from the shallows across the reefs and chasing birds off shore.
