His 45' Hatteras fishing boat is fitted with the finest navigational equipment and all necessary safety features, making it the perfect vessel for the job. The captain believes that everyone should be able to experience the joys of fishing, and accepts children of all ages onboard, with lifejackets provided. The boat also features plenty of shade and a portable toilet for when nature calls.
No matter where you want to fish, or whether you want to reel in a Cobia, Grouper, Mahi Mahi, or Billfish, the captain has you covered! If you're just starting out, he'll be glad to show you the ropes and give you a proper introduction to the world of sportfishing. Or, if you're a more experienced angler and fancy trying something a bit unusual, how about spearfishing? Your captain will provide you and up to two friends with all the necessary equipment.

The charter operator canceled on trip date. This is an automated posting.
We brought our teenage grandsons down for a week of vacation and set up the fishing trip. Captain JoJo and Eric we're very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. With their help, each one of us got a couple of fish and I think they did everything they could to get us to the right spots and get the fish to the surface. i would highly recommend Atlantic Gulf Fishing Charters, and we will be back next year to book another fishing trip with them. Make sure you get Captain Jojo! 🐠🎣🦈🐟
Booked last minute. Very accommodating. Almost caught our limit on yellowtail. Caught a fantastic black grouper that we had to release because it was out of season. Got some great pics quickly and was able to release it for the next angler. Captain and First Mate were both ecstatic with the grouper. Kinda of a slow bite but the Captain was trying everything in the book to get us more fish. Super appreciative of the knowledge and the effort to make our charter successful.
This trip was a lifetime bucketlist dream of my husband who has been battling stage 4 colorectal metastatic to the liver cancer. These two gentlemen worked their butts off to make sure we caught the sailfish that my husband had been dreaming of. It was very choppy, the captain did his best keeping the boat facing into the wind so the waves were at the minimum. I would do it all over again.
The sea was very rough and I wish that the captain would have advised us how bad it would have been before we left. He did call us beforehand and told us that not to worry about the winds as it would make the fishing better. Everyone on the boat got very sick and we had to return early. We did catch one small keeper fish though before we couldn't take it any longer.
