+3No trip to Lake Michigan comes complete without Whitecap Charters. This family-friendly company is owned and operated by Captain Kent Seymour, an experienced angler and a patient guide. His crew won’t be saving their words to introduce you to the basics of fishing – they will work hard to make sure you fill your cooler and make a great catch possible.
The season begins in May and goes through October. You will be using light tackle in spring and summer and will then switch to heavy tackle fishing later in the season.
The list of your potential catches will include Coho and Chinook Salmon, Walleye, Lake and Brown Trout, Yellow Perch, and Steelhead. On your day out on Lake Michigan, you will be using high-quality gear and tackle by Shimano, Okuma, and Ugly Stik.
The ‘TROUBLE MAKER’ is a 29’ Bayliner Trophy Pro cabin boat with enough room for up to 6 anglers. She is fully outfitted with everything you need for a productive day on Lake Michigan, from top-notch electronics to a private restroom.
All trips include the use of gear, tackle, bait, and fish cleaning service.
Catering is also available for an EXTRA FEE for those busy anglers who have no time to grab lunch and drinks with them.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Book with 10% deposit, pay rest to captain
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
