Captain Curtis will be with you every step of the way and will ensure you have a great time out on the water. He is a local who began fishing when he was a kid. He knows the best places to take you for the most productive day.
You will spend your day on a 22’ skiff. This has enough room for 4 anglers to fish comfortably on. This boat gets you into those hard-to-reach areas, giving you that extra edge when going after your prey.
The fish you’ll be targeting include Tarpon, Snook, Spotted Seatrout, Redfish, Sheepshead, and Sharks. Tarpon especially will give you a great fight and complete bragging rights if you can reel one next to the boat. Tarpon needs to be released once you’ve taken your commemorative photo, and Tarpon over 40 inches must stay in the water.
Included in the price of the trip are rods and reels from Penn. The captain will organize the live bait for you before you arrive at the docks, so more time is spent fishing for your trophy catch. After the trip, the captain will fillet your catch for you. Have a cooler with ice in the car waiting to take your catch home in. There are chips, soda, and water on board for you. The fishing license for the whole group is also provided.
You’re welcome to bring along more snacks and drinks, which can go into the captain’s cooler on board. Don’t forget the essentials – sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat will make you more comfortable out on the water.

Awesome trip!
My son and I had a great time fishing with Curtis! I’ve hired guides before and Curtis is no doubt one of the best I’ve encountered. We caught a wide variety of fish - many spanish mackerel and a shark, as well as some other smaller species (ladyfish, jack crevalle, catfish) before Curtis took us to a flats area to fish for redfish. My son caught two redfish, one we kept and was great eating (he will clean your fish). I will definitely look him up next time I’m in the Tampa area. You should too!

Amazing Captains
Awesome captains, we had a great time despite the tough conditions. Took us up to a spot and we started hooking reds and bonnet heads right away. Started to rain so we had to head back early but they only charged us for the time we were out. 100% recommend if you want a genuine fishing experience and some awesome captains along with it. I will be back for sure!

Morning half day trip
Captain Curtis was ready to go when we arrived. We mentioned we wanted to catch and eat a few. He put us on a pair of Redfish we were able to keep pretty quickly. My son also brought in a sizeable sea trout we released. I hooked into a small shark as well. Later in the trip, we went for snook in the mangroves. No luck there but what a unique spot to fish and he obviously knew his way around the area. Excellent trip. Would recommend.
