Capt. Mike is an avid lifetime sport fisherman and has over 15 years experience in the aquaculture industry. Getting his clients on as many fish as possible is his top priority, and Capt. Mike prides himself on providing a fun, memorable experience that often leads to a lifelong friendship with his guests.

You'll be heading out onto productive waters in a 18' Willie drift boat equipped with all required safety gear, including life jackets for children. She can comfortably accommodate up to 3 anglers, as well as Capt. Mike. He's CPR and First Aid certified, as well as Coast Guard licensed and insured, so you'll be in safe hands!

Many factors, including weather, fishing regulations, and recent fishing reports will determine exactly where you'll be fishing, and which species you can expect to reel in. Your captain will discuss this with you before your trip. We may be fishing anywhere between Scappoose, Astoria, and Tillamook. If you're traveling during Salmon season, you can expect to drift fish for Coho and Chinook varieties. Sturgeon and Steelhead are available all year round. Capt. Mike will be on hand to teach you the best techniques for reeling in your dream catch!

Your trip includes all rods, reels, tackle and bait, and limited rain gear is available upon request. Capt. Mike loves teaching anglers of all ages and skill levels, so families with children are more than welcome aboard. All you need to bring with you is a valid Oregon fishing license, lunch, snacks, and clothing.
