Gently drift along the water aboard a 17' Spyder FX17 skiff. This light vessel will allow you to navigate even the skinniest water, as you wind your way around the maze of waterways in amazement at the nature around you. To begin with, you'll be powered by a 70 HP Yamaha engine, but the wireless trolling motor will take control the closer you get to the fish, so you can creep up without disturbing them. Fitted with a casting platform, you'll have an excellent view of your target throughout your battle.
As the name suggests, sight fishing is the name of the game with Capt. Dustin. Try spinning, popping, jigging, or even trolling to make your catch. Exciting game fish and delicious species are on offer year-round. Go after Tarpon and Snook for a trophy catch, or focus on Groupers and Redfish to take home for a tasty treat. Capt. Dustin very nice guy, knows the area very well, can tell has plenty of experience, very accommodating. Definitely will call on him again and you should too. John
We had a blast! Makobi is already asking to go back next year and has specifically asked for Captain Dustin again.
Well we caught fish but the captain did not have the net ready. We had a plan to try to catch tarpon but no luck. The captain did have nice equipment but no remote for the trolling motor so that was not used at all. The fish finder was not used for fish but only used for depths of water. After our conversation about redfish I was told that the water was warm and fish were full of worms I said it was okay just cut them out while filleting them. But after catching them I was told that all the captains agreed to catch and release them. So our captain only let us take one home to eat. If I would know about this prior to booking I would not have gone. The captains described what to catch but felt like he was more into certain points. We tried to catch mangrove snapper but after trying for a while his reply was that the bigger fish must of been caught earlier in the morning. I just wanted to put fish on the plate after spending $500.00. I will ask the key questions next year and if I show up and the captain does the same thing I will refuse to pay for the services. I think the captains have to keep in mind that how long it takes someone to save up for a good fishing experience after spending that kind of money. Then at the end of fishing he mentioned that we have a plan for next year which I did.

My name is Captain Dustin link and I have been fishing Florida's east coast for over 20 years. I can barely remember back in the day when my dad used to take me out with him and sit me on his leg while he was out fishing and all the fish we used to catch and that's what made me love fishing. I grew up fishing the east coast of Florida from Daytona all the way down to Stewart. the reason I became a guide is that there is no better feeling to me than watching somebody hook up to a nice big fish and watch their face light up as they reel in that fish and make a memory for life, that's why I do what I do. I know the waters I fish very well and know I can make someone's day by putting them on fish and seeing their face light up... To me, that's more important than money and that's what makes me do what I do and love what I do!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
