Hardcore Fishing Charters (HFC) is one of the only charter operators in the area that offer and promote catch and release of most species of fish. Unless fish is on your menu for dinner, they prefer to let them live to be caught and released another day.
All the fishing guides at Hardcore are third and fourth generation fishermen who know the Belizean waters and the full stretch of the barrier reef like the backs of their hands. Don’t worry – they will find the fish!
You’ll embark on this angling excursion on board their 31’ Cape Horn center console. Her design allows for 6 anglers to fish at the same time, all around the boat. She’s powered by twin 250 HP Yamaha engines that’ll get you on top of the fish in no time.
They offer deep sea fishing for Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Tuna. They also do reef fishing for Wahoo, King Mackerel, Barracuda, Groupers and different species of Jacks.

Fished 3 full days with Hardcore and was very satisfied. Caught lot's of fish all days and even had some tarpon excitement. Also got lobster and a big crab which we ate at our resort. 31' boat one day and 23' the other two days. Great captains. Had a blast. We caught grouper, barracuda, mackeral, tuna, snappers. Ate fish two nights in resort. Would reccormend to anyone.

Had a great time with this outfit. We caught lots of fish and they took us some really nice reefs to snorkel with me and my family. They cooked our fish on the island for us with some good potato's. The boat was a really comfortable boat and handled the waves good. Its a 32 foot Cape horn. The crew was friendly and hospitable and catered to our needs. Thanks so much for the great experience. I would defiantly book another trip with these guys.

Beware of the full moon
Full Day Trip – Outer Reef on March 9, 2015
My friend and I are avid hardcore fisherman who understand some days fish don't bite, but never thought that would happen in Belize. I fear that 2 of the 3 full days we chartered may have been affected by the full moon which I should have thought of as well as the captain. Our third day had great action for a few hours with 3 big Blue Marlin hits within an hour but all broke off within minutes. Several nice size Dorados were caught later that morning. Overall the crew were very friendly and worked hard to produce, first day we fished all day in the lagoon with only one small snook to show for it, we were disappointed that no live bait was brought which I feel would have made a difference. These guys are smart but new at chartering I'd give them a try, hopefully they will work on being a little more prepared in some areas.
