Darrell and Dane (Double D) were great guides. Very accommodating. Had a string of disappointing deep sea fishing trips until this one. Thanks guys! When we come back we will be booking again!

We had a great trip! The fish were off the bite the day we went out, which is just part of fishing. We fished in the lagoon, as the water was rough on the outside. Grayson went out of his way to get us into fish and we all caught fish. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable. Lunch was provided on our trip and was very tasty.

Me and my family had a wonderful time. Grayson is very knowledgeable and very fun to be around me and my family had a blast and will remember this forever.

Edlin was an amazing host and angler, he put me and my son right on fish and we had a blast! We made a pit stop for my son to check out a small island for shells and had an amazing lunch. Can’t recommend this charter enough! When I come back I’m bringing my whole family. Everyone from the captain to the people at the office were awesome

Captain Grayson and the Sierra family are the best. Homemade salsa from his wife, Tamales from his Mother, and of course an amazing lunch at Omar’s. Enough catch(snapper, mackerel, bonito, jack, cuda) for an amazing dinner/dinners, and even more! He put us on the fish and he’s an amazing artist as well. We can’t thank Captain Grayson and the Sierra family enough.

It was pretty windy so Grayson decided to troll the lagoon side of the peninsula where the water was more calm. He had his spots already planned out and did a great job of trying to find the fish. Although the action was a little slow, we did find a good spot where they were biting and managed to land a few Jacks and a Mackerel. Next time I would book a full day and hit the reef where there's more variety though. If we come back to Belize I know who to call, highly recommend Waata Daag!!

A terrific trip. Dane was excellent company, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and very helpful. Our high expectations were exceeded: we caught reef snapper, mutton snapper, yellow jack, strawberry grouper, and a lot of hogfish and barricuda. Can’t recommend it highly enough!!

Excellent adventure! Captain Lincoln went above and beyond to provide us with exquisite service. We were able to catch lots of fish. The free diving for conch was amazing. Thank you Lincoln!

Trolled a lot of miles and fished many different spots. We only caught one, Barracuda. Capt Merve was knowledgeable of the waters and tried his hardest to find fish. Still enjoyed it though. Would recommend.

Love my experience with Capt Edlin. Great equipment! HUGE KNOWLEDGE base….if you are a true sportsman and want a large variety of large fish….the guy knows his stuff! We named he put us on it!

This was an absolute great experince, highly recommend it for anyone who likes to spend a day on the water and catch as much fish as you can handle.

Had a great time! Capt. Edlin has a vast knowledge of fishing in the area but also keeps everyone engaged with tales of local adventures. I think he knows everyone in Placencia. We had to dodge some rough weather and grind through low tide but Capt. Edlin held in there and got everyone a fish. Thanks for everything.

What a trip! Grayson couldn’t have been a better guide and captain for our all-day trip. We fished in about 8 different locations, with Grayson changing out lures or baitfish depending on the area. He had homemade sandwiches and a cooler full of drinks. We caught a cooler full of fish and at the end of the day Grayson took us by his dad’s restaurant and he cleaned them for us. A fantastic day.

Captain Lincoln was very knowledgeable. We went to all his great hot spots and had lunch on on a small island. The water was rough as a cob but we still caught fish . He cleaned the fish to take back for for our chef to prepare for dinner.

Grayson is a great fishing guide and extremely fun to fish with. Tremendous enthusiasm and attitude. Not only knows the waters really well but teaches you about the local environment, culture and history. Super fun day, cannot recommend any higher!!

Edlin was the best captain, setting us up for an amazing adventure that lasted until the sunset. We caught fish, dove for conch, and he cooked a delicious lunch on an island! Highly recommend the Hook & Cook. Thank you for an amazing day, we will be coming back!

We had a great time with Grayson. It was tough conditions but he still got me some snook and made a great day of it. Highly recommend him.

My full day trip with Captain Grayson was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish he was patient and extremely informative. The trip ended with me taking my fresh catch over to the local seafood restaurant owned by his family where it was expertly prepared to my liking. If you love fishing and find yourself in Placencia, don’t pass up the opportunity to fish with Waata Daag!!!!

Reef fishing, bait fishing, deep water fishing, 200-400 meters! Everything was clean, on time, super knowledgeable, willing to share stories, solid fishing guide and people. I’d go again today!!
