Join Captain Daddy's Fishing Charters on a new adventure! Some of you already had the pleasure of fishing with them on their bay boat for inshore and nearshore trips and you know why they're also called 'a family fun fishing charter.' Now, Captain Tim Russell invites everyone to go even further with them, as they have a new boat for offshore trips only.
Their new vessel is a 32.5' Stamas Tarpon with a 11'5'' wide beam. Powered by twin 300 HP Yamaha engines, it will easily take you to the best fishing grounds Port Orange has to offer. She's also equipped with an enclosed toilet, 3 insulated fish boxes, fresh and saltwater washdowns, 2 livewells, cooler for food and drinks, and lastly, a T-top that will keep you in the shade.
The variety of offshore trips that Capt. Tim offers promises a great experience and a catch of a lifetime. You only need to decide what you want to catch and how long you want to stay on the water. Shorter trips offer trolling and bottom fishing for species such as Snapper, Grouper, Kingfish, Cobia, Barracuda, and Sharks. If you have your mind set on trophy species, such as Sailfish and Wahoo – set off at least 40 miles offshore for 8 hours or even longer.
Your fishing license and the equipment is covered by Capt. Tim and you can bring your own food and drinks.

12 Hour Trip – Gulf Stream on August 28, 2025 • 2 adultsTim is a great Captain! We had a wonderful time on his boat. As an experienced offshore angler, I was looking for the real deal, and Tim delivered. The 12-hour trip is absolutely worth it in these waters, since it can take a few stops before finding the bite. Tim was right on time, the boat was ready to go, and he worked hard to put us on fish. It started off slow, but before long we had a few catches in the box. After trying a couple more spots, the action picked up with some great barracuda, and the highlight of the day was an absolutely beautiful sailfish. Overall, it was a fantastic day on the water with Tim. His professionalism, knowledge, and persistence made the trip both successful and enjoyable. Highly recommend booking with him, you won’t be disappointed!

10 Hour Trip – Deep Sea on August 29, 2024 • 4 adultsWe went out with Captain Tim on a 10 hr trip. Capt put us on fish all day. Outside of a sail fish we pretty much had every type of fish on at some points. We caught some barracuda’s and thought they go back in. Captain Tim said no there edible here and when you try it. It will be your new favorite fish. Tonight I grilled two fillets and OMG unbelievable how good they are. I joked with Tim I’d wait until I made some cuda to do my review….. just in case. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. He’s a great guy. We laughed, cried losing some fish. If you want a excellent charter, I highly recommend Captain Daddy’s for your next fishing adventure.
