Boat and equipment were clean and in good shape. Beautiful day on the boat. Mahi Mahi and Yellowtail were not running well so we had fun catching rock fish and smaller species. Captain cleaned the fish we wanted to keep at his house after the trip.

Had a great time, caught some good fish and the crew is top notch 👌 . I will definitely do the trip again

Jacinto and his crew mate Victor were great and gave their best effort on our fishing trip at the end of July. Unfortunately our bait choice was limited to sardines as the mackerel was not available. We trolled the north side of Isla Carmen for a few hours before giving up and moving closer to land to catch some bass and snapper where we had great success catching 12+ fish. Jacinto was on time and prepared to take us out for the day fishing the Islands of Loreto. He had serveral different fishing rigs which allowed us the opportunity to catch different fish given the locations and time of day. The cooler was large and my wife and I were able to bring our own lunch and drinks for the day. Though our success was limited this time. I will definitely reach out to book with Jacinto on our next trip to Loreto and you should too!

I was so impressed from the minute I arrived. Jacinto, the Captain met us as we got out of the taxi. The captain and his crew, also a retired captain, know the waters, tides, and the very nature of the fish. We caught more fish than we expected and afterwards Jacinto cleaned our fish and bagged them for us. He will even freeze the fish for you to pick up at the end of your stay in Loreto, so you can take it home. We were told 50 pounds of fillets per person to the US. The cost of the trip was so affordable. The boat ride itself was absolutely gorgeous! He took us to see Coronado Island where wildlife abounds and gigantic pods of dolphins in the pristine Sea Of Cortez. This is the boat to take, the Captain Jacinto and his crew Salvador ( retired captain) were superior, safe, and engaging. We felt absolutely spoiled! Remember to bring your own lunch and drinks, they have a large cooler with plenty of ice. You will also stop on the way out to sea from the harbor to get your fresh bait. This will be an added charge, roughly 40 dollars but well worth it, and pretty much a guaranteed catch! Don't forget, you must pay in cash the remaining balance, tip, bait and vacuum pacing ( if you plan on taking your fish home with you). Enjoy this gem of a place and catch some delicious fish!

We fished with Captain Jacinto and his deckhand Javier. They were a great team! They put us over a high spot at Punto Lobo and we limited out on big yellowtail the first day and got five the second day. We would have got more fish, but their wasn't much mackerel bait available for the pangas that day. They took us to a beautiful beach on the way back. We swam and walked the deserted cove. Great two days with fantastic competent, knowledgeable fisherman! Looking forward to our next booking with them!

Had a great day all around from contacting us in the morning helping us get our fishing license we started off caught some Bonita than got into yellowtail captain Jacinto and Chico both worked hard also got into some Cabrillo than the fun really began had talked to Jacinto about trying for some Dorado so we started trolling for them and didn't disappoint caught nice bull rt away caught several more than headed back to the marina where Jacinto took the fish to his house n cleaned n stored the fish for us they have a good set up probably one of the best pangas in loreto highly recommend this boat Thankyou Jacinto for a unforgettable trip see you nxt year

One of if not THE best day we’ve ever had on the water. Jacinto and Chico were accommodating in every way! We caught three nice yellowtail amberjacks and a handful of other bottom species but the fishing was only part of this amazing day. We got up close and personal with HUNDREDS of porpoises(three different pods)and a couple members of our group jumped in and got the chance to swim with them. Then on our way to another fishing spot Jacinto and Chico found a big group of sea lions sun bathing on the rocks and got us right up next to them for an awesome viewing and picture taking experience. And to wrap up our trip they brought us in to a beautiful cove with white sand beaches and let us get out and explore/ swim around for a while before we headed back into the marina. Then Jacinto took us to his home where we got to take pictures of our catch and watch him fillet our fish. He even taught one of our group members how to properly filet an amberjack and walked him through the whole process. If you’re trying to find the best captain in loreto look no further than Jacinto! You will not be disappointed

My friends and I had another fine outing on the Jazive1 with Jacinto and Chico. We were able to purchase live mackeral for bait, which yellowtail seem to prefer and started trolling in sight of the marina, because the water was churning with baitfish as yellowtail were in a feeding frenzy which was very exciting. We caught two quickly and lost another one before the feeding frenzy diminished. The largest was 33 pounds. What a fine way to start the day. Then we traveled out past Coronado Island and caught several more fish. We enjoyed the comradery with the crew and the day flew by. We saw a large sting ray and some porpoises as well. After we returned to the marina, we drove with Jacinto to his house where he filleted our fish and bagged them. He then returned us to our rental house completing a very pleasant day.
