You’ll be cruising the are on board the Custom Carolina Skiff, a flats boat model from 2008. It can accommodate groups of up to 6 guests. The boat is 24’ and it is fitted with a single Yamaha F-150 engine that can reach top speeds of 45 knots. You’ll be going from one fishing spot to another in no time.

This charter covers the inshore areas that include local flats. Regardless of the season, chances are the fish is biting. It’s just a question of which species are more available than the others, so check with the crew. You may encounter tasty fish like Mangroove Snapper, Flounder and Sheepshead, just to name a few. When it comes to fishing techniques you can use several, like light tackle, spinning, and fly fishing.

Before you start your fishing session don’t forget to acquire your Texas fishing license as the charter doesn’t cover it. However, as for the necessary fishing gear, lures, and bait, they will be waiting for you on board. If you get lucky you may keep your catch, or release it.  It’s up to you. If you do keep it, the crew will happily help you with the cleaning. Families with children are welcome.
