Prasert Seri Fishing Tour is an established charter company with 2 decades of experience fishing off the coast of Phuket. They pride themselves on having one of the most prestigious reputations, providing family-friendly excursions and adventurous fishing trips for large groups of up to 30 people.
You’ll be fishing off of a 55’ vessel, equipped with state of the art navigational electronics, safety equipment, and tackle. This ship is ideal for business fishing trips, large family gatherings, and get-togethers with angling buddies. She carries up to 30 guests and 12 people can fish at the same time. On board, you’ll find a full private toilet, kitchen, and enough space for the whole family to kick back, relax, fish, and sight-see the surrounding islands.
Your captain will take you fishing around Racha Noi and Racha Yai Islands to troll for big game species, including Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Bluefin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Narrow-Barred Mackerel, Pacific Barracuda, and many more. You’ll also have the opportunity to try out a local technique of bottom fishing to target Giant Grouper, Coral Trout, Spangled Emperor, and other local favorites.
Your captain will make provide you with top-of-the-line fishing tackle, bait, and lures, as well as a complimentary lunch. Your fishing license is also included in the price, as well as fish cleaning services so that you can take your catch home for dinner.

Special 9 hours trip for Thippawan Khumban
Authentic Thai Fishing Experience
Given this, we probably had lower expectations but we had a really good time. Pickup was easy, the staff speak only a little English but it was fine, we caught heaps of fish both trolling (tuna) and bottom fishing (grouper). Lunch perhaps wouldn’t have been as good if we didn’t catch anything, but had a nice Tom Yum soup, tuna sashimi and fried tuna with the fish we caught. The boat was not the most modern and a bit slow (2 hours to get to Racha Yao/Noi, but probably started trolling after 1 hour), but felt safe. The only negative was we didn’t agree with the staff not throwing back the undersized small fish. All in all was a good trip, especially if you’re just in it for the fishing. We were allowed to keep the fish we caught, but we only took 1 grouper which we got cooked at a local restaurant which was great.

Great trip!
Great trip! We booked for one days and caught a lot of tuna through trolling. We also had a good haul of grouper with bottom fishing, and jigging yielded some excellent catches as well. I'd like to particularly highlight that the top anglers were two 12-year-olds.

Great Experience
Great experience overall for 2 friends and me, will repeat if possible. Crew was nice, it was the first time fishing for my friends yet they managed to catch a few fishes. We got a nice red grouper that was cooked later in the evening.

JOIN-TRIP Trolling and Spinning
Brilliant day out
Was lots of fun, everyone from staff to the other fishermen were all friendly, they made a really nice lunch with some of the fish caught. Sadly nothing big was biting that day. Will make sure to come again next time I’m in Phuket.
