Fishin Mission Charters is ready to take you and your crew out on a fishing adventure on beautiful Lake Erie! The Walleye Capital of the World provides outstanding fishing opportunities. On top of that, you'll have Captain Paul Schill by your side, which is more than enough to have a successful day on the water.
Capt. Paul's 25' Sportcraft is always ready for a day of trolling or casting. This vessel accommodates up to 4 guests and there's enough room for everybody to fish at the same time. She's equipped with live wells, plenty of storage space, a fresh water sink, and a marine toilet.
You'll fish near the world famous Cedar Point Amusement Park and the Lake Erie Islands. The beginning of the fishing season is usually reserved for trolling, jigging at the reefs, or drift fishing for Walleye. From July onwards, Perch is also in the cards. Capt. Paul coaches every guest for trolling and he prides himself that every guest can consider himself a fully capable Walleye fisherman after the trip.
The captain will provide you with the top-notch fishing equipment – he uses Daiwa and Cabela's for trolling, and Fenwick and St Croix for casting. You can keep the catch and the captain can clean it for a small fee. You should purchase your fishing license before the trip and bring your snacks and drinks.

This was a surprise fishing trip for my son who is absolutely obsessed with fishing. He has only ever fished for trout, bass and sun fish up until this trip. He has been asking to go fishing for catfish and that is what we did. He killed it with bringing in 15 catfish and catching his first trophy fish with a 29 ½ inch channel catfish. To say that he was was happy is an understatement. He had the greatest day ever and made memories he will never forget. Captain Paul was phenomenal. He was attentive and patient with my son whp is 12 years old. He didn't just fish for him. He taught him and told how and why he was doing it. We will 100% be booking another trip soon.
That was some good fishing that day.. your son picked up on how to set the hook.. then it was fiah on. Thank you for fishing with us and I look forward to seeing you both next season.. Best to you Captain Paul Schill
We booked a day of Walleye fishing, however with the weather forecast, Captain Paul suggested we stay in the bay and fish for catfish. We agreed and had a fantastic day. We caught several fish and 3 fish being simultaneously reeled in a few times. We were able to land 2 trophy sized Channel Cats. I highly recommend fishing with Captain Paul at Fishin Mission.

We ended up catching about a dozen fishes between Carfishes, drumfish, perches, to shad. 2 of our catfishes were 29 inches and 33 inches whixh wete huge! Thanks to Captain Paul for an outstanding fishing trip and telling us the history of the area as well!

my son and I had a great fishing experience with Captain Paul today. It was wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable of the waters and he knew exactly where to go and what we were going to catch. I’d highly recommend this trip to anybody.

My two boys and I booked with Paul for a morning trip on Lake Erie. My sons have never fished in a body of water this large. Paul took the time to teach safety, the equipment and how to use properly and my sons took to his instruction immediately. In no time we were fishing and reeling them in. Paul is the best and we will certainly do this again soon.
