Join Twisted Arrow Bowfishing on an action-packed adventure on some of San Antonio’s most prolific lakes! Captain Patrick Orosco is an expert bow fisherman with over 3 decades of experience fishing Texas’ lakes, rivers, and inshore waters. He invites customers of all ages and levels of experience to come and target prehistoric monsters with a bow and arrow.

You’ll be shooting from a 21’ Tracker center console, equipped with GPS and fishfinder. This boat is perfect for targeting big fish in shallow waters and comes with a wireless trolling motor to stealthily put you on your target without being detected. She accommodates up to 5 guests and there’s no minimum age for children as long as a parent or guardian is present.

No prior experience is needed in order to bowfish. Capt. Patrick and his first mate are both experienced anglers and excellent instructors. They’ll teach you everything you need to know before getting started and supply you with top-quality bowfishing equipment.

You’ll be fishing from a raised deck in order to give you a better vantage point over your prey. Your main target species are Alligator Gar (Longnose and Shortnose), Tilapia, Common Carp, Grass Carp, and Suckermouth Catfish (Plecostomus). You’ll be fishing Calaveras, Braunig, and Medina Lakes, which are brimming with all these species and so many more!

Most importantly, be sure to purchase your fishing license before your trip. You can either do so online or at a local bait shop. Also, feel free to bring nibbles and drinks, including beer, and the rest will be covered.
