If dory fishing is on your bucket list, then turn to Goins Outdoor Adventures for a fun and productive day on the Pacific City waters! Captain Bruce Goins will go out of his way to organize a memorable expedition that will exceed your angling expectations.
You'll be fishing out of a 24' Breaker Dory – a performance fisher that will put a spin on your fishing experience. Capt. Bruce will meet you in Pacific City and together you'll drive to the beach, from where you'll take the boat into the surf. From there, a 150 HP Yamaha engine will take you and up to 5 more people to the best fishing spots.
The species that will take center stage on your 6-hour trip are Black Seabass and Rockfish that are abundant in the area. The captain will set up crab traps on your way to the fishing grounds, and when you've had your share of action, you'll pull the traps and head for the beach.
There's a variety of techniques that you can try out, and your guide will provide quality G. Loomis and Shimano gear for you to use. If you'd like to do some fly fishing, feel free to bring your own equipment. After the trip, everything you catch, your guide will clean the catch and even cook Crab for your convenience.
Whether you come with your angling buddies or your family, Capt. Bruce will do his best to accommodate your preferences. Kids of all ages can come with you, there are life jackets on board for everyone. You can buy a fishing license before the trip or buy it on the boat, and you should bring a cooler with drinks and food, as well as waterproof shoes.

We had a good experience even though it was a little rougher than expected. Very impressed with our captain and he worked hard which resulted in all six of us on the trip getting our limits on rock fish, salmon and crabs. The captain is highly knowledgeable regarding the area we were fishing in
Brought my two boys for a fishing trip in Pacific City. Captain Bruce was great, worked hard to get us our fish and we are going home with enough Salmon, Crab and Rockfish to feed a small village!
We had a great trip, caught a ton of fish and crab. Captain Bruce definitely knows his stuff! Wish it wasn't so far away, but we'll be back!!!
Wonderful fishing and the kids will have this memory for the rest of their lives.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
