Had a great trip and managed to land 4 wahoos despite high winds and waves on 3/21. The original plan was to stay within the relatively calm waters but I told Captain Rob that I was trying to land a sailfish. So he took me further out to an area that might improve our chances but had rougher conditions. We stuck it out and I managed to land 4 decent wahoos to 35 inches. The opportunity to use my own spinning reel didn’t present itself and unfortunately we lost a small blue marlin that pulled the hook…bummer for sure but at least I checked off another fish on my bucket list. Captain Rob is very pleasant, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Thanks again and we look forward to fishing with you once more.

5 of us enjoyed the charter.1,5 hrs in got a triple header Wahoo all landed.Lost another as the main line got twisted on the rigger release then managed another wahoo that was the biggest of the trip.Next 3 hrs nada but that’s fishing and my son and I know that.My wife got a lot of information about Barbados from Captain Robert Atwell.Weather was great sea conditions very comfortable ( as we all sail and fish no worries about getting seasick)
We brought the big Wahoo home and had a great meal and have tomorrow night planned to make fish tacos!

7th January. Took a 4 hour trip with the usual disclaimer - “I cannot promise you fish”.
But Captain Robbie did promise to try his best. We steamed for miles while his crew set up and showed us the gear and bait that was being prepared, and kept us cool with beers and soft. drinks. When we got close to Robbie’s intended destination all hell was let loose. Four rods all with a big hit in seconds. I am an experienced sea angler at home, but I wasn’t ready for that! Wow. We were into Wahoo Barracuda all around 15kg.
This was my friends first time, and the crew helped him as much as he needed.
Headed back to harbour and the crew filletted fish and prepared as much as we wanted to take with us.
A friendly captain and crew, who know their job, and did it well for us today.

Went out in search for marlin and as much as skipper Robbie and Hatch tried continually changing baits, lures and trolling different areas in sometimes quite choppy waters we were unfortunate on this occasion. With a couple of hours left Robbie came inshore to calmer waters where Hatch again changed tactics and we hit into wahoo & barracuda. I would definitely recommend this charter as these guys know their stuff my only slight downside was the seating was a tad uncomfortable for the all day trip but feel this would not be an issue on a shorter trip .I would not hesitate to book If I return in the future.

All in all a great day out with the family.  Capt Rob is a very welcoming and professional captain.  His 1st mate Hatch brings a lifetime of Barbados fishing experience as well to the boat.  Capt Rob gave his best effort to put us on the fish, hooking up 3 times and successfully boating 2, (1) wahoo and (1) barracuda.  When the fishing got slow, Hatch made sure there were always cold Banks beers available.  Thank you Capt Rob and Hatch.  Best of luck to you in the future
