Alanna Kay Sportfishing is your ticket to an amazing day on the water! Join Captain Pat Foster or Captain Wes Melvin! Combined our Captains have been in the industry for over 50 years and will do their best to put you on the fish!  Our boat can accommodate up to 6 people.

The Alanna Kay is a 42' Provincial boat. This sportfishing boat offers both inshore and offshore fishing trips for up to 6 people. The boat includes top-notch fishing gear, a restroom, AC/Heat, and 375 HP twin Cummins engines, which will be sure to get you out to the fishing grounds quickly and safely.

On these inshore trips, you will mainly go trolling, sometimes Shark fishing and chumming, as well as sight casting. You're most likely to target Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Kingfish, Black Drum, and Bluefish. The crew will provide your fishing equipment and cover the fishing license, while you need to bring your snacks and drinks for the day. There's a catch cleaning service at the marina, so you can have your fish filleted for a small fee.

Alanna Kay Sportfishing runs its trips year-round. Secure your spot on time and don't miss out on the chance to reel in the catch of a lifetime!

Our Granddaughter's 1st. Charter !
Half Day Trip – Inshore - 12:00 PM on June 24, 20252 adults1 child
What a great day it was ! Captain Pat and Eduardo had the Alanna Kay ship shape and ready upon our arrival . The many , 8 fishing rods , reals and lures were waiting to be deployed upon arrival at the fishery. Turning the switch , the engines came to life as we disembarked the dock and proceeded out to sea. It wasn't long after we began trolling that the " bite " was on as Eduardo expertly handed the rods to us for retrieval of our catch. The day flew by as fish after fish found our presentation irresistible. Spanish Mackerel and Drum put up good fights and at times , multiple hookups, caused a flurry of action shipboard. At all times Capt. Pat and Eduardo performed admirably. Our Granddaughter' s 1st. Charter experience exceeded our expectations! We are already planning our next charter with Capt. Pat , Eduardo and the Alanna Kay !

Well, we didn't catch much, but the weather was great for a boat ride. We got a lot of Dolphin watching as well. Captain Pat and his mate Eduardo did everything they could to keep us comfortable and happy. Highly recommend.

2 Hour Trip – Sunset / Fishing Crui on August 5, 20252 adults1 child
We had an amazing time. Water was a bit choppy, but that did not stop us. My son (11), as soon as the rods went in started catching fish, and never stopped. The weather was sunny/ nice, first mate gave great conversation and did not miss a beat working with my son teaching him how to properly handle the rods. We came home other 10lbs of Spanish Mackerel. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

What a trip
Half Day Trip – Inshore on July 15, 20256 adults
We can’t recommend this charter enough! We were on the fish within 15 minutes of leaving the dock. Captain Pat knew exactly where to find the fish. Caught more than 35 Spanish mackerel in the first 2 hours. Eduardo the mate worked his butt off bringing on out catch and sending gear back into the water! Would definitely go out with them again!
