If trolling better suits your fishing appetite, then you can hook anything from King and Spanish Mackerel to Mahi Mahi and Little Tunny. Your guide will provide all the necessary equipment but you're free to bring your lucky rod with you.
Your ride and fishing platform for the day is a 22' Pioneer bay boat, outfitted with a 250 HP Yamaha engine. Up to 4 anglers can fish at the same time, and there are quality navigational electronics on board to keep you on the bite.
If fishing is a family affair for you, you're welcome to bring your little ones, as long as they're age 3 and older. Just remember to pack life jackets for them. After that, you'll only need drinks, food, and plenty of sunscreen to protect you from the sun on the open water.

this was the best fishing trip by far. captain John was awesome and we caught a ton of fish. I highly recommend going on a trip with captain John. I will definitely do another trip with him when I am back in Florida.
We had an amazing experience with Captain John in PCB! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure our whole family had a great time on the water. He was especially attentive to our youngest, taking the time to help them every step of the way so the rest of us could relax and enjoy the trip. Thanks to his guidance, we caught red snapper and beeliner, and made memories we’ll never forget. Highly recommend Captain John for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly fishing charter in Panama City Beach!
On our trip it was me, my stepson, and my father in law. We started the day and the first two hours were very tough with no bites. Captain moved us to a number of different spots and we could see fish but they just wouldn't bite. We moved to another spot and caught one then ran 3 miles down and got into a bunch of fish. We caught a mixed bag of keeper fish. Caught a bonita, tiger shark, and some more species. Captain didnt quit working for us all day until we got on some fish. We had a blast and my stepson said if we go fishing again he only wants to go with Reel Therapy. Highly recommend!
John was on time and took us to a few good fishing sites. Weather was kinda crappy, but we got 5 good size snappers and tossed back some smaller grouper. Enjoyed the day., even though we had to call it a couple hours early. John was safety conscious and got us back to shore before it got ugly. Would recommend him again!
We had a great experience with John yesterday! We were able to catch so many fish and my husband caught a shark! From beginning to end it was more than we could have asked for. Definitely a must charter if you are wanting a more personalized experience. John was super knowledgeable and awesome at what he does. Highly recommend!

Captain John grew up in Miami, Florida which is where he discovered his love for fishing and the outdoors. After being stationed in Panama City, Florida, he was able to build on his love for fishing and pursue it as his career. He is a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force and spent 6 years proudly serving this country. He is a USCG licensed and insured captain who has fished all the way from our local waters down to the Florida Keys. There is no off season for this Captain, as he spends all year long dedicating his time to improving his techniques. Captain John will personally see to it that your fishing trip will be as enjoyable as possible.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
