Around here, the fishing is popular for Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, On the day of your trip, you're using light tackle with artificial or live bait. Capt. Ryan also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Your excursion begins aboard an 18' Beavertail Flats boat with space for 2 passengers. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures and live bait. Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat.
Some essentials to bring are snacks, drinks, sunscreen, and sunglasses. There will be water available on board.

This is real backwater shallow fishing at its finest. The captain put in the effort to have the best available fresh live bait big bull minnows ready to go on the boat, and it made all the difference.

Captain Ryan took us out last minute after our original Captain was forced to cancel. Ryan got us on Reds and Trout quickly, knew the water like the back of his hand, had deep knowledge of the local area and most importantly was very friendly and professional. We were on fish for the majority of the day, took home some keepers and had a blast. We will definitely be back to the area sooner rather than later and will be booking with Captain Ryan when we do!
