Black Drum, Bluefish, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Lake Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, and more could be biting, depending on the time of year. On the day of your trip you're likely to drift using light tackle. Capt. Jeff also offers fly fishing.
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
Capt. Jeff runs a 20' Skeeter bay boat with room for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Jeff will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don't leave home without sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
