Dream Fishing Tours – Vanderkloof 

Dream Fishing Tours offers a wide range of all-inclusive fishing trips, specializing in light tackle, fly fishing, and spinning. You’ll get the chance to explore the Vanderkloof Damn and the Orange River. Nestled in Northern Cape, join us and discover the wild side of South Africa like never before! A professional skipper will take you along some of the most prolific fishing spots and show you how to land the catch of your dreams.

Your adventure will take place on a 12’ duck boat, equipped with navigational electronics, life jackets, first-aid equipment, and an ice-box. The boat can take up to 4 guests, and children ages 12 and older are invited to join in on the action.

Your main targets are Yellowfish (Largemouth and Smallmouth), as well as Catfish and Carp, but you’ll be able to target many other freshwater species as well. The Orange River is filled with a plethora of fish, so you never know what your adventure will have in store for you!

You’ll be able to rent fly fishing equipment, rods, reels, lures, and flies, or you’re always welcome to bring your own. Overnight accommodation is provided, as well as fully-inclusive meals and beverages. You can also arrange pick-up and drop-off. Just let your skipper know in advance and he’ll organize transportation for you.
