Bayou Boys Charters LLC invites you to experience the thrill of inshore fishing in the abundant waters of Shell Beach, Louisiana. Captain Zach, a passionate outdoorsman with deep Louisiana roots, is ready to put you on fish and make sure you have a blast doing it. Whether you're a seasoned angler or it's your first time on the water, everyone is welcome – especially kids who might just trade in their game controllers for fishing rods by the end of the trip.

Your adventure takes place aboard a sleek 25' BlackJack bay boat, powered by a 300 HP Yamaha outboard. This high-performance vessel is built for shallow water action and comfortably fits up to 4 anglers. It's loaded with top-of-the-line electronics and gear to keep you on the fish and in the action all day long.

Captain Zach provides all the equipment you'll need, including rods, reels, and bait. Depending on the bite, you'll be fishing with both live and artificial bait, all prepped and ready before you even step aboard.

You'll be targeting local favorites like Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Flounder, cruising through the bays, marshes, and hidden honey holes of St. Bernard Parish. And once the cooler's full, Captain Zach will clean and bag your catch so it's ready for the table when you get home.

Don't forget to bring a valid Louisiana fishing license – required for all anglers aged 18 and up. You can grab a 3-Day Saltwater Charter Pass online for just $20 from the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.

Did a 6 hour trip with captain Cody subbing in for captain Zach he had us on fish from start to finish several different species caught large bag of fillets in the cooler to take home he was very helpful in techniques and keeping bait on our hooks will definitely use Bayou boys again we had a blast!

Morning trip with Captain Zach

First of all Thank you to Captain Zach for working diligently with us on rescheduling due to weather issues. He was extremely easy to deal with and I could tell right away our experience was important to him. 
The trip was for me, my daughter and close friend and we all had a great time! He pointed out duck's, hogs, other wildlife and historical sights. He even gave recommendations on other spots, techniques and some equipment reviews. Being an experienced angler, I found this extremely courteous!  He was very helpful, knowledgeable and he didn't mind covering alot of ground, picking up a few fish here and there until getting us a good catch for the day. I have been on a dozen guided trips and this one ranked tops! I would recommend him for sure

Half Day Fishing with (Jeremy...related to Cpt Zachary)

My son and I used this Charter of Cpt Zachary hosted by Jeremy. It had been quite sometime since we had fished but the crew was very user friendly, knowledgeable and able to help us gain back some skills. We caught one Bass initially but due to the calm waters, we experienced a period of drought but Jeremy and Cpt Zachary were so determined to allow us to get fish, they stayed out beyond the set time. We didn’t catch as many as we wanted but really enjoyed the experience with Bayou Boys Charter. The crew is personable and very gifted with fishing, boating, ideas to cook of fish, links to fish in gulf and much more. Thank Jeremy and Cpt Zachary for your genuine assistance! My son and I really enjoyed it and would do it again. WE RECOMMEND THIS CHARTER TO EVERYONE!! 🎈🙏🏽❤️💯🥰

We had a great trip.  Captain Jayce was awesome.  When we booked this trip we booked it to go out of Golden Meadow and it launched 2 hours east of Golden Meadow.  Be careful with FishingBooker and make sure that you don’t have a 3:30am wake up call to get to your dock.  The drive back after a full day on the water was a challenging affair.  Rush hour traffic in New Orleans.

Morning trip with Corey

Half Day Trip on August 31, 2020 • 4 adults

Myself and two others booked an early morning charter on Monday and it was fantastic!  Corey was super knowledgeable and really a pleasure to hang with! While it would have been nice to catch more reds, it certainly wasn't without trying as Corey took us to over a dozen different spots to try our luck. We enjoyed fishing with live shrimp and the boat was in great condition. Corey also did a great job filleting the fish for us afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly go out with them again!
