It's time to book a trip with Bass Fishing Musician today! Captain Dave has been running charters for the last 35 years and does everything to make sure you have a great time. If you wish to enjoy the hum of nature around you, a trip with Capt. Dave will hit all the right notes. This multi-talented captain has participated in multiple Bass tournaments and enjoys hitting the keyboards and singing on weekends.

Hop on board the recently restored 22' Ranger boat that's equipped with a 250 HP Mercury engine. With the help of the fishfinder, as well as the captain's knowledge of the area, you'll quickly get to where the fish are. Once located, turn on the wireless trolling motor to get on top of them. Before you know it, you'll be reeling the fish in.

The stars of the show on these trips are Peacock Bass and Largemouth Bass. These have to be released after you've taken your photo. You'll also be catching Clown Knife fish and other by-catch. Capt. Dave is confident you'll catch fish during his trip, he has a 'no fish, no pay' policy.

Included in the price of the trip are top quality rods and reels. The captain will provide artificial bait that the Bass go crazy for. If required, you can purchase live bait before the trip.

Everyone over the age of 16 will need to buy a fishing license before the trip begins. These can be purchased over the phone. Feel free to bring a small cooler of food and drinks along and the captain will provide ice and water.

Have a camera ready – you're likely to see gators and numerous species of birds. Pack sunscreen, insect repellant, sunglasses, and a hat, and you're ready to fish!

If you’re looking for the best fishing guide, Dave is your guy—hands down. We caught soooo many fish it almost didn’t feel real. From the moment we got on the water, he knew exactly where to go and what to do. Super knowledgeable, easygoing, and made the whole experience fun whether you’re a beginner or seasoned angler.

He kept us on fish the entire trip, helped with baiting, casting, and made sure everyone was reeling something in. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in the results.

Highly recommend booking with Dave if you want an amazing day and a boat full of fish. We’ll definitely be back! 🎣

There is no words to describe such an awesome experience! Captain Dave is a very experienced, knowledgeable, respected, and well rounded guy with a great sense of humor. The moment I shook his hand I could tell that he thoroughly enjoyed doing what he does and was looking forward to getting us on some fish. The three boys and I landed over 30 fish of 7 different species in roughly 2 hours of casting. Dave was kind, patient, and willing to share his knowledge (and even some good stories)! The boat was nice, clean, well equipped, and spacious enough for the 5 of us in total. We will absolutely be booking again with Captain Dave.

I fished on private charters from the Bahamas,St Lucia,Mexico,Barbados,Jamaica,Barbados’s, 
Bermuda,Etc. Florida, I have caught Hammerhead’s , Big game fish, I also have fished Fresh water all my life. Captain Dave was by far my best experience I ever had. 
He took me and my 14 year old son out and within 15 mins ,my son had 2 beautiful peacock Bass on the Boat!!. We stopped counting after 20 fish. We also had to contend with a huge Gator up against our boat. It made the fishing even more exciting, trying to get the fish on the boat before the gator ate the fish. Captain Dave, you honestly did exactly what you promised to do, although catching fish is never guaranteed ,however you made it happen. 
We caught ,I don’t know how many Peacock bass, huge Bowfin,Large mouth bass, I’m not sure how to spell it ,but cicklets. ? 
Captain Dave, on behalf of me and my son,we can’t thank you enough for making this day unforgettable. Every time I go back to Florida, you will definitely see us again. I can’t wait to fish with you again.

my wife and I spent a lovely afternoon with Captain Dave on Halloween. It was a real treat, catching 15 fish, including a number of largemouth bass and a number of peacock bass. We also hooked a few exotic fish and even caught a gar. Captain Dave was accommodating, fun to spend the afternoon with, and extremely knowledgeable of the fishing area and the fish we caught. Would highly recommend captain Dave to anyone who wanted to have a great afternoon Fishing

Great day on the water!

We had a great day in the everglades with captain Dave. he put us on the fish, was very knowledgable of the waters, and was very helpful with rigging up equipment for us. overall a great experience and definetely reccomend spending a day with him on the water catching fish!
