SeaCo Charters – 31' Contender 

Captain Ricky gave us a fantastic experience from first booking to final filleting! Ricky’s communication was great. We chatted throughout the week before to plan our trip and select the best day around the weather. Come charter day, we all met at the dock and were off. Ricky got us a quick stop to catch the poagies we’d need for bait then hit the first spot. We caught a bonita and a nice barracuda, but we were hunting down Kingfish, so a change was needed. hut a couple other spots before landing in a big school of kingfish and the day was roaring. With four fishers rotating we had multiple doubles and kept Ricky busy! We landed 8 more kingfish, keeping one smaller one to eat. Our largest was pushing 30lbs with most in thr 20-25lb range. Ricky is a great guy and we all hit it off from the start. Great conversation between fish about hunting, fishing, dirtbikes and everything in between. We all had prior experience with charters and agreed this was by far thr beat experience we’ve had. We are all ready planning our next trip to St Augustine and will be chartering again with Ricky to target the Spring Mahi and try to get a Wahoo trip as well. He is the Wahoo master. You absolutely cant go wrong planning a day with Ricky and Seaco.

we caught king mackerel,red snapper, and a few others. the captain was very knowledgeable very friendly. we had a great time. i would highly recommend this trip to anyone. we had a variety of ages on the boat and it was great for everyone. Anyone who books this trip just get ready to have fun and get ready to catch fish. all you need is some water some food and sunscreen the captain takes care of everything else.

Captain Ricky kept us informed about the weather as the trip approached and called us the night before to let us know we were good to go. The trip was fantastic and we caught at least 20 fish. Captain Rick was super helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning the fish and making sure we had a great time.

Captain Rick was a great hoast , unfortunately ocean was too rough that day for offshore fishing but we we enjoyed beautiful surroundings of Tolomato river catching some sharks , trout and whiting. can’t wait to get back out there .wondering experience overall , highly recommend , just don’t forget to take the sunscreen!😎

My best friend Brian and I had an AMAZING day on the water thanks to Ricky! We did the 6 hours offshore and went up to 25 miles. Ricky has great spots and knows exactly where to catch fish. His 31' Contender is solid and will get you to the spots fast. We tried a few spots for bait fish and it was slow, but he took us to spots where we could definitely get some and we did. Once we got loaded with bait fish, the bigger fish kept coming on! Some of the big fish highlights were 2 Red Snapper, 1 Amberjack, and 1 Red Grouper! Ricky has a great setup and we will definitely use him in the future. If you are looking to catch big fish look no further!

Great day fishing with Captain Ricky and First Mate Josh. We are so thankful for the opportunity to fish with these guys. Very knowledgeable and had us on fish quickly. Even when all the other charters around us headed back in to the dock without any bites, let alone any fish on the boat. I have chartered a few different trips in the past and one of my biggest concerns has always been the personality of the crew. That can make or break a trip if you get someone that is not very personable. Captain Ricky is great! Easy to talk to during transit and downtime. Very patient as well. We had some first timers without much experience and he did a great job teaching them how to fish offshore. If you are looking for a great crew on a nice boat and some fish to bring home, Captain Ricky is the man. See you next time and maybe I can get you up to Iowa some winter to hunt whitetail deer.

Awesome day out with Captain Mike. Part of the party was subject to sea sickness so we broke up the trip into two parts. We did a two and a half hour inshore trip. Captain Mike put us on the fish right away. We caught enough weak fish for lunch and dinner then we went back to the marina for a quick bathroom break and dropped off those who had enough sun for the day. Captain Mike then put the boat in hyperdrive for 30 min and we were back on the fish. I can't wait until next time to book a offshore trip. Captain Mike knows his stuff and kept fisherman and nonfisherman happy!

Let me start by saying we had a blast! We brought home 3 king mackerel but we also caught and released a shark, a barracuda (which was a heck of a fight) and 2 small cobia. Captain Ricky is an excellent and knowledgeable captain! He was patient and helpful with us newbie fishers (myself and my 2 teenagers) and made it easy to catch on. The Rocky Bottom is one fast boat and made going offshore a lot less of a chore. I definitely recommend them and would absolutely fish with them again if we visit St. Augustine!
