Reel Tight Fishing Charters – Siesta Key 

Our Pennsylvania group had s blsst this morning. The Captain made sure we were on fish. caught a variety and sime huge Snook and very nice Reds and others like trout. the experience was great !! .

had a great time with my boys and caught a really nice Snook.

Luke did a great job. He got us on fish on every spot. We just kept forgetting we weren't on Lake Erie or in a river. He was really informative and great with the boys. We ended up catching nine different species: Speakled Trout, Lady Fish, Gag Grouper, Snook, Flounder, Mangrove Snapper, Salt Water Catfish, Red Fish, Jack Crevalle. Might even get another on Friday.

Cold, windy, chilly day, turned into a fun one. Captain Christian knew all the spots. If we weren’t catching in one spot he took us to another. Small mangrove snappers and sheepshead to begin with, later turned into massive Jack Cavale (Crevalle) giving us a lot of fight on the lights gear we were using. It was a lot of fun.

Overall it was a great trip and experience for the kids. We had a change in people going and ended up with a 10, 12, and 14 yr old and three adults. Captain Tyler was really helpful with the kids and put us on the fish. He provided some good pointers to the kids and adults alike. Unfortunately for us, we had to relearn how to fish, in the Midwest you yank and set the hook...took a bit, but by the end of the trip everyone had gotten at least one fish onboard that was a keeper. We properly caught close to 30 fish, and missed another 30. We got to see Dolphins and an aggregation of 10 Manatee. We caught seven species of fish in total and also saw a sting ray. I will be booking again next year. Not sure if it's going to be a half day or not though, it all depends on who wants to go. The half day was the perfect length of time for the kids though so it worked out.

6 newly retired people and we caught fish to feed us for a month. Andy got us on fish from start to finish and was a hoot. Great guide and person. 2 nd time we’ve gone with him and it would be hard to go with anyone else. Thanks Andy and Matt!!

Great time!. Luke was very patient with my 13 and 14 year old boys. Was also wiling explain about the area and the fish. Great time. We’ll be back!!!

Captain Andy is the man!! Not only did he find us fish but he was very patient and informative and handled a crew of mostly first timers with class. Best part was we went home with a cooler full of fish for the wives!! Highly recommend him and Reel Tight Fishing- they live up to their name!

My family and I went on a 4 hour charter with Captain Matt today. We had the best time with him. He was right there with every bait and every release. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable . Every one of the kids had a great time and so did I . Thanks again captain Matt from Reel Tight Charters!

Our group was 3 women and a 12 y/o. Despite our lack of experience Capt Josh & 1st Mate Harry were very patient and accommodating. We caught the limit of snapper which we took to MVP for lunch and they cooked it for us. (10/10 definitely recommend. Our waiter, Bo, went above & beyond.) We also caught a couple of catfish and a mother-in-law fish that we threw back. We jammed to country music and chatted with both Captain & 1st mate who are very personable and friendly. I highly recommend taking this charter. Don't forget to take sunscreen, a HAT, and either a t shirt or cover up for midway thru. We reapplied the sunscreen multiple times and definitely needed our hats and shirts. Heat index was 102 so it's very hot on the water. Sunglasses is a MUST. The rides to the different fishing spots was one of our favorite parts. 10/10 would do it again!
