Booked a late evening two hour with Captian Doug and found him to be very personable and took to our youngest who had a great time and caught several fish in our short time on the water. Captain Doug is very knowledgeable of the history of his area which is great to see. We were able to go exploring and found some cool things and also go back in time to see and imagine what it may have been like generations ago which I enjoyed and last but not least for a reasonable price we were able to make and experience as a family and even get dinner of fresh sea trout for the family. While in the Eastpoint, Florida area, two friends and I decided we would like to charter a fishing adventure. We found a couple pamphlets at our RV Resort site. We called both for times, prices, and the details. Caption Doug was the guide chosen. The trip well exceeded any expectations I may have had! We jetted from place to place catching fish at all locations. We caught Whiteing, small Reds, and all three of us caught trophy size Reds! Caption Doug was professional, fun, knowledgeable, kind, and made the day one I’ll never forget! You wanna enjoy your time out on the water, charter an adventure with one of the best! Had a great trip with Captain Doug despite some rough seas and a slow bite.  After having to abandon our first option due to weather, Doug got us on a nice group of trout and landed over 40 for some tasting fish tacos.  Would have loved to jump on some Reds, but Mother Nature wasn’t having it!  When weather doesn’t go your way, the best you can ask is that your guide doesn’t give up…Doug didn’t.  We had fun and didn’t get skunked on our trip when many others around us were coming up empty.  Will be back soon to take another shot at the Reds!

Amazing trip with Doug. We had a trip planned with another charter but the guy called and had to cancel due to his boat failing on him the night before the trip. When the first charter cancelled at 8:30pm or so I instantly got online and booked this trip with Doug chason through fishingbooker.com. And he approved the trip with no hesitation at last minute and did not have to. He even worked with the 2 kids so my friend and I could focus more on fishing and not have to work with the kids. After the trip he even sent me a text make it sure we had a good time. I will be booking my trip with him when we return back to carrabelle next year.

My family has been coming down from Chattanooga to fish the waters around Apalachicola for decades. We have had both good and bad experiences along the way, but we’ve never had a great, perfect in all ways, trip until we went out with Capt DC. He is very knowledgeable about the area and very skilled at his craft. He is reliable, prepared and friendly. What my son and I like best about him though, is his passion for the sport. He gets into his guests catching fish as though they were on his own line. I can honestly say, we will never work with another captain again for so long as he can drive a boat and I can cast a rod. 5 stars all the way around.
