Taking you out for the day is Captain Al. Believe it or not, he’s a seaman by day and a university professor by night! With over 20 years of experience on the water, he’ll make sure novice and seasoned anglers alike have a memorable adventure.
Your ride for the day is a luxurious 33' Gulf craft. She’s perfectly suited for 8 anglers who all want to be able to fish at the same time and has all the fixing. That includes a full toilet, shower, and ample ice storage. Twin 250 HP Mercury, 4 stroke V8 engines ensure you’re getting to all the best spots quick, GPS and the latest safety equipment gives you peace of mind.
You’ll be going after a variety of fish in a variety of locations on Captain Al’s trips. Stay closer to shore and you’ll go after Mackerel, Trevally, and Queenfish. Head slightly further out and you’ll up your chances at snatching Amberjack and Cobia. You’ll troll, jig, and spin for a thrilling day on the water!
Everything you need in terms of fishing gear will be on board when you arrive. The icebox is also stocked with bottled water, soft drinks, and coffee. There’s also snorkeling equipment for 6 on the boat, so don’t forget your sunscreen and swimsuit!
Your safety and comfort are the number one priority for our crew, so the captain completed an international course and received new international-level certifications. We're constantly working on improving our skills and knowledge in hopes of providing you with the most memorable experience ever!

A fantastic day

The booking of this trip was very easy. We booked it for a visiting family and it turned out to be the highlight of their time in kuwait. Our Captain Al was ever so generous and informative about the various fishing styles and had a vast amount of rods even for the left handed participants. He provided an amazing local breakfast and fruit platter. The drink cabinets were over stocked with a great variety chilled drinks beside the water. We were taken to an island which is half an hour away and were privided snorkeling equipment to see a wonderful selection of Gulf fish, sea creatures and corals. While sitting on the boat on a carefully selected location we caught some fish which we chose to release back in the sea. We even caught a poisonous fish , but our Captain Al was always alert to ensure our safety and he handled it with the highest professionalism. The highlight catch was a 60cm long Barracuda!! Towards the end of trip during the sunset, Captain Al provided us with a beautiful local grill platter. All though the trip he entertained us with great music to keep us in the best party mood. We had such an amazing time — great fun, great food, and great company! Highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an unforgettable day on the Kuwaiti sea.

Capt Al, from our first interaction, was extremely professional, polite, and incredibly helpful through every single step of our adventure. We did the full day, 8 hr trip and I could not recommend this trip any higher! As far as accommodations, lunch was provided and delicious, dinner was also provided and just as delicious, snorkeling gear was available for all of us, many types of drinks and snacks, anything you could want! We caught several fish, a few of which were cleaned and filleted for us upon our return as we released the others. We even had a moment where we had two fish on at the same time by two different anglers! I cannot think of a single thing I would change about our experience. 10/5 stars. Thanks again Dr. Al!

Thank you for an amazing time. My time here in Kuwait has been trying to say the least but being on the boat today enjoying one of my favorite past times etched a great day in my memory bank. The hospitality you you showed my coworkers and I was nothing less than 5 star. From the time we stepped on the boat you showed us a great time. You went above and beyond and made sure we wanted for nothing...provide food, drink to last the entire eight hours...I appreciate the fact you made every attempt to make sure we were on the fish...while I would have like to have caught more, I don't hold that against you. 6 of us went out with Dr. Al yesterday and he exceeded every expectation! From the moment I messaged him, he stayed in constant contact regarding weather and the minor details of the trip. A few of us really wanted to fish, while the others just wanted to enjoy the day on the water. Dr. Al accommodated all of us and we all had a grin on our faces the entire day. We casted, jigged and trolled, but also spent some time swimming and exploring Kubbar Island. We managed to catch queenfish and grouper and at times it was a bit chaotic, in the best way possible!
I've been on quite a few charters and this was by far the best experience I have had.
The scenery, music and company made for a truly memorable day, and hooking up with and landing fish was just the icing on the cake. Dr. Al is a down to earth, genuine person. We boarded the boat as strangers and left feeling like family.
