The trip takes place aboard a 24' Yellowfin boat that accommodates up to 5 guests. This bay boat is perfect for shallow water you'll be fishing at, and provides a smooth and comfortable ride. Powered by a 300 HP Yamaha engine, the boat will get you to your fishing spot fast. She also features a livewell for the bait, a cooler for your catch, and a fighting chair.
Fill your bucket with Redfish, Snook, Trout, or Tarpon, which are the most popular species around here. You can also target King Mackerel, Permit, Gag Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Blacktip Shark, and Mangrove Snapper. Each fish can be caught with a different technique, so you can test out what works best for you.
Capt. Joey always makes sure you have top-notch fishing equipment ready on the boat, including Shimano and Penn rods and reels, artificial lures, live bait, and drinking water. If you love the taste of fish, he'll clean your catch, so you can prepare it later on. The tastiest dinner is the one you've caught yourself!

3/4 Day Trip on April 25, 2024 • 3 adultsCaptain Joey put on fish despite the tide and the dolphins ! We could have caught more fish but he asked us what we wanted to do and we told him to try for a combination of what was biting the best and what tasted the best. Despite us being picky, he said OK and immediately said “ I have a plan “ ! And off we went. We caught a mess of trout, a few mackerel ( would have caught more, but it took awhile for us Wisconsinites to catch on on how to “ set the hook “ !!! ) lol 😂 We also caught grouper and jacks. We all had a GREAT time and would recommend Captain Joey and will look him up if we vacation here again. Had the trout for dinner, YUMMY 😋 Will try the mackerel tomorrow. Captain Joey even suggested how to cook each species of fish and he was spot on !!! VERY GOOD TASTING FISH !!! Thanx Captain Joey !!!

Half Day Trip (AM) on March 14, 2023 • 4 adults • 1 childWe had an AMAZING time with Captain Joey! He greeted us at the dock and we got underway. We did not have to go far to our first stop. He got us baited up and we immediately started catching fish!!! We caught enough trout for dinner within about a half hour which was our goal! After that we changed spots and started catching Snook and red fish. Captain Joey was great with the little one and kept us entertained with his humor! He also had some other local recommendations for us to do while in town. We even saw some dolphins!! I would 10 out of 10 recommend Captain Joey!!! He was the Best!!

Half Day Trip – Sharks (AM) on April 6, 2024 • 2 adultsMy wife amd I had a great on this fishing trip. We caught a few different species of smaller fish including Jack Crevalle and Lady fish. We then moved on to shark fishing, which brought immediate action! We were able to bring 2 bull sharks in the boat but also had others that hit and got off. This was all in a 4 hour morning trip. Captain Joey was also very helpful and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this trip.

Caught a nice amount of ladyfish, even brought a bull shark to the boat before he got off (he was foul-hooked anyway). Also caught a couple sea trout, which were on my bucket list. Would not hesitate to book another trip with Joey.
