Make your time at the Cayman Islands truly memorable and go fishing with Captain Jerry's Watersports! Let Captain Jerry Ebanks take you out on the pristine local waters, where when you’re not catching gorgeous fish, you can admire the views and snorkel to cool off.
Capt. Jerry has spent most of his life fishing and teaching others how to do it, so you’ll be in good hands with this seasoned pro. He’ll take you out on his 42’ Rob Shirley center console that can fit up to 8 people on board. The “Trinity” is much larger than most of the fishing boats in the area, which means a higher level of comfort and a smoother ride.
It sports a hard top which provides lots of shade to keep you nice and cool, and a private toilet. There’s a fighting chair on board to help you wrestle potential monster catch and you’ll be using top-notch Shimano and Penn equipment to reel in whatever gulped down your bait. If you want to take a break, let your guide know, and he’ll give you snorkeling gear to jump into the water and relax.
What you’ll fish for depends on the trip you choose. On reef excursions, you’ll mostly focus on Yellowtail, Triggerfish, and Snapper species. If you book a half day deep sea trip, you’ll go after Amberjack, Wahoo, and Mahi Mahi. Full day deep sea fishing expeditions are reserved for avid game fish anglers looking to hook their next Marlin and Tuna trophy catch.
Whatever option you choose, it can be adapted to your level of angling skill and age of the people in the group. Capt. Jerry loves having kids on board, and he always tries to make his charters as family-friendly as possible. These are all-inclusive packages, so drinks and snacks. It’s recommended to bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, as well as a bathing suit and towels if you plan on snorkeling.

Half Day Trip – Reef AM (MAX 6)
Fun Day
We took our two kids on a 4 hr reef fishing trip. We'd done fishing earlier in the week, so this trip was split between some deeper water fishing, reef fishing, snorkeling, and a quick stop at sting ray city. This boat is very comfortable and well kept, easy to use bathroom, lots of shade compared to others. Crew was sweet with our kids and very professional. We got lucky and caught a small black fin tuna while trolling, which VJ prepped for us and then we took to Morgan's, where they made sashimi, ceviche, and seared. We did this earlier in the week when we got some trigger fish as well. Both lunches were phenomenal, highly recommend. Overall great experience and lovely boat ride that can be catered easily to whatever interests you.

Another fantastic journey with Captain Jerry!
This is our third time and we can’t wait to do it again, we keep creating great memories as a family. Captain Jerry is there to make sure we have a great time and we always manage to catch good size fish to keep everyone entertained. 3/4 Day Trip-Deep Sea (AM)
Jerry and Vijay are the Best!
We caught almost all of our fish in the first hour of our 3/4 day trip. Jerry and Vijay were great conversationalists and the time passed quickly. We took our tuna to our hotel chef and it was prepared in many different ways - nothing like a fresh fish dinner! We would highly recommend this fishing trip. Thanks to them both!

Jerry and VJ were great to work with! Jerry's boat was very clean, neat and professional. He and VJ had all of their equipment in top shape and did everything they could to make it a successful day. My family and I had a great time, we will definitely look Jerry up if we get down here again.

Half Day Trip – Reef PM (MAX 6)
The BEST day at sea
Come prepared to have an amazing time at sea with Captain Jerry & Vijay. For starters, Captain Jerry’s boat is immaculate. It’s beautiful with covering to protect from the elements and plenty of comfortable space to soak in the sun. It is light and airy and stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks and we could listen to music from our playlists. Your time with them is tailored to your agenda and ours was to fish and snorkel. We had a hilarious time fishing and Vijay showed us how to work the equipment, kept our lines baited and made sure we got our fish photos. Snorkeling was the best that we have experienced. Captain Jerry took us Coral Gardens and to a less busy snorkeling spot. We saw so many varieties of colorful fish, coral and we saw a stingray. (We chose not to go to Stingray City as we have done that before). This is our 3rd trip to Grand Cayman and the best boating expedition we have done. You will not regret booking a trip with Captain Jerry. We had a lovely time.
