Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Mutton Snapper, and more could be biting if you come at the right time of year. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Capt. Wayne will bring you aboard a 34' Pilothouse that can carry up to 8 passengers. It comes with downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. The captain has rods and reels for you, as well as lures.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work. You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. A few items to bring include snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We went reef fishing with Captain Nigel and Josiah and just had a great time! Captain Nigel was very knowledgeable about local reefs and took us to two places where we caught a ton of fish including grunts, parrot fish, squirrel fish, and snappers. All four of us got to fish and catch. The final fish and the highlight of the afternoon was when Josiah hooked a large barracuda. Although he tried to hand off the rod to me, we thought it was aporopriate he brought in the fish. We will definitely go out with Captain Nigel again when we come back next January perhaps for tarpon that time to fulfill my bucket list. I highly recommend the Big Reef Charter.

Thank you Sang-jin for a great review and it was an absolute pleasure having you onboard. See you guys soon.
Captain Nigel and mate Josiah were fantastic guides. It was too rough to go out deep sea, but they brought us to a plentiful reef spot instead. we caught 4 kinds of snapper and reeled in a huge yellow jack. We went after a school of large barricuda as well, but they kept hiding in the rocks after being hooked. A 4 foot nurse shark gave us quite a fight when it snagged a small snapper we were using as bait!

Thank you for coming with us Andrew, it was a pleasure and hope we see you again in the future.

Captain and mate were very polite and friendly, replaced hooks/bait as needed, and moved around to stay on fish. Caught fish (e.g., grunts, jacks, parrot, squirrel) and brought home more than enough. We all enjoyed the trip; personally, I would have liked to fish in some deeper waters within or on the edge of the north sound. Would book with Capt Nigel again.

Thank you Paul for coming out with us, it was a pleasure having you guys onboard.
My son snd I enjoyed a fun morning fishing with Capt Nigel. We caught a bunch of small fish on the reef, keeping enough of the bigger ones for dinner. The boat was comfortable , the tackle was in top shape, and the crew was attentive and made sure we both had a good time. Thank you for taking us fishing!

Thank you for coming out with us Will, it was an absolute pleasure having you onboard and looking forward to fish with you in the future.
Niles was awesome! His local knowledge of the fishing around grand cayman was great. We caught several tuna and a barracuda along with several other strikes that didn't land. We were targeting Marlin and had a hookup and another strike. It was a great day of fishing, highly recommend.

Thank you Doug for coming out with us, it was a pleasure fishing with you.
