Our pricing method has not changed in years. Many charters give you one price for 4 people, but when you fish with 6 people, it increases by 25%. We like to do it the old-fashioned way with no gimmicks.
The Gulf of America's offshore waters offer fishing like no other place in the world. They're home to a wide variety of species that provide great sportfishing opportunities, and Captain Jeremy will make sure you have a memorable time on the water.
His 31’ Pursuit cruiser is the perfect machine for fishing in the deep. Not only is it spacious and comfortable, but its engine packs a punch too. Its twin 250 HP Yamaha engines will drive you out into the offshore waters in no time at all, hitting up to 45 knots. That means more fishing time!
As we said, there's a great range of species here. Expect your hooks to latch onto the likes of Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, King Mackerel, Gray Triggerfish, Yellowfin Tuna, and a range of sharks, with Mako being a particularly frequent catch. Captain Jeremy has light and heavy tackle to get the job don,e including trusted brands such as Shimano, Penn, and Daiwa.
He can buy your live bait for you or catch it for you if you choose to fish with it. These saltwater fish sure are tasty so he’ll clean them for you once the trip is over. A fishing license is also provided for you so there's no need to think about that once you've booked your excursion. Water is provided, so take some soft drinks of your own if you wish as well as some food (no glass bottles though).

He works well with any age group but extremely well with younger children. We started by catching our own bait, That was fun enough but once we started catching real fish it was a whole new excitement level. Looking forward to coming back and doing this again next year. 5 Hour Trip — Offshore on June 16, 2021 • 6 adults • 2 childrenThe boat, fishing equipment, and guide successfully took our family 25 miles offshore to fish in 150+ foot of water and caught our limit of red snapper plus bonus mingo, and a few other species. Probably caught 40 fish overall and saw Dolphins. Then took 7 pounds of fresh snapper into Tailfins restaurant and had them cook up our catch - still had 15 pounds of leftover fish to take home. Couldn’t have asked for more from the outfitter. The only things that could have made our experience more enjoyable was if we would have taken measures to prevent sea-sickness as the kids did get seasick due to the 4-5 foot swells in the gulf that day - also for comfort, bring your own life vests for kids under 8. The good thing about sea-sick is you get over it quick on the drive back to shore. The snapper are big and hard for kids to reel in, but they could help. Catching two mingo at a time was fun for the kids, but this is not a joyride. It’s a legit off-shore fishing experience.

We had a great 5 hour trip. We had a tough time getting fish in the boat, short biting, but we were on fish all day. Captain kept our kiddos on the bite and really helped our 5yr old catch her fill. We went home with fish and had a great time.
The captain has his own 'spots' to fish where he has located or established habitat. you aren't fighting with other boats or fisherman for space at the 'well known fishing holes'. 9-15 miles out with no other boats in-sight. Quick to move-on from sites where the wrong kind of fish were biting and stealing bait. Focused on catching quality 'keeper' fish. We primarily caught Snapper, Grouper, and Mingo's.
