Experience the ultimate fishing platform for up to 6 passengers. The Wild Goose is a perfectly laid out 37' Strike walkaround boat with 360-degree fishing ability – all on a level deck. The boat offers 2 livewells and state-of-the-art Furuno electronics.
Capt. Ray specializes in offshore trips targeting pelagic species, such as Tuna, Yellowtail, and Mahi Mahi on the Coronado islands, but he also enjoys targeting Rockfish and Lingcod at the local banks. Lots of other more casual trips are available as well, so just take your pick!
You'll have a variety of Penn, Shimano, and Calstar rods to choose from. If you love snorkeling, Capt. Ray has the equipment for 3 guests. You'll need to purchase your fishing license. Make sure to bring your passport and fishing visa if you want to reach the waters of Mexico.

Captain Ray and 1st mate Earnie put us on an amazing Yellow Fin Tuna bite. Fish were boiling all around the boat and we had multiple hooks several times. They hustled all day and even afterward to help us manage the several 100#s of fresh fillets. We ended up with our limits with combined Mahi and Yellowtail. The boat is in great shape with all the modern amenities/electronics. Ray is a real pro who lives to fish. Book with him and you’ll have the best shot at an epic day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an experience! From the early morning ride out to the last fish hitting the deck, this trip was first-class. The crew worked hard, kept us on the fish, and made sure everyone had a great time. The yellowtail bite was on, the weather was beautiful, and the memories were even better. this was a great trip! captain ray and rex were wonderful at helping my dad and friend reel in the fish. they were super kind, family oriented and knew where thr fish were. They always kep the boat moving anf kept putting us in fish. some of them broke off because the fish they were able to find were so huge! I am defintiely coming back again this season with this charter. thank you for all the fun and new memories.

We loved our first trip so much we booked a second one with Captain Ray! We took the 8hr trip and it was amazing. We caught a LOT of fish and released a lot too. From start to finish the communication was great, and the experience was spectacular! We would highly recommend a trip with him and his crew! When we come back to San Diego we will definitely book this trip again!

this was a full day offshore trip, we had a great time, we caught Bluefin Tuna, yellowfin, yellowtail, and also Dorato which was unheard off in April. i would highly recomend Wild Goose Charters, with Captain Ray and Earney

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
