Pani Kasia Charters and Captain Jason invite you to join them for a day and experience the beauties of the area. Immerse yourself in nature, learn a new way to catch fish, and share the feeling with your favorite people on board.
Pani Kasia is a 29' traditional Caribbean pirogue fishing boat that has been rebuilt with a bimini cover for shade and features plenty of room for fishing. She is the perfect boat for reef fishing around the Caribbean coast of Grenada.
The Grenadian coastal region is now a marine protected area, therefore Capt. Jason does his part to protect the beauty of nature for generations to come. He has perfected the technique of drift fishing over the coral reef areas and shipwrecks which are home to diverse marine life.
You'll target Red Snapper, Jack Horse-eye, Jack Crevalle, and Red Grouper. But you can never really know when it comes to fishing, and you can catch fish that are rare in these waters.
Your fishing equipment is covered, as well as fresh water and some snacks. Feel free to bring your own beverages and food, and don't forget your sun protection. If you would like to go snorkeling, make sure to request the gear in advance. You're also more than welcome to bring your kids along.
Pani Kasia Chartes welcomes everyone who loves the outdoors, has a positive attitude, and knows that active vacation is the best way to enjoy your time off! The minimum age to attend the charter is 5, if you are bringing young children please reach out to the captain to secure the life jackets! Please be advised that we do not take animals like dogs or cats on the boat.
Please note you'll need to pay the final payment when you first board the boat. Eastern Caribbean Dollars are preferred but the crew will accept USD if necessary. If you're paying in USD, the Grenadian banks won't accept bills even if they only have the tiniest tears on them, therefore the crew can't either.

Good Points - Booking was easy and fast. We were sent a reminder, Started at 9 am sharp. Both Captain and First mate were friendly. Chips and water were available. The first mate catered to my " chumming" ordeal by offering tips on how to prevent being sea sick. The boat ride was nice it has a canopy to keep you protected, if you should choose to be in a shady area. We were a bit disappointed we did not catch a fish trolling and thought we had wasted our time and money. But Caption Jason saved the day he took us to another spot that we will able to catch some fish. He let us fish until our heart was contented. I even have a story to tell my grand children about the "big" fish that got away!! Suggestions - Offer some type of skin protector to clients. State that there is no fishing included in the Trolling trip on the website. State wether the cost of the trips are in US or EC. . Over all we had a great day with Jason and Mary!! Hubby and I will be using this service again.
It was such a great day on the water with you and your husband. Your suggestion to change up our "trolling up the coast" trip to include drift fishing with spinning reel back was fantastic and I just changed the trip description. I have also told FishingBooker to add currency to the prices that they post for people booking in Grenada. That would be very helpful. So glad you got a nice catch to take home and cook something wonderful. I think the magic came from "chumming the waters" LOL!!! Looking forward to meeting again. Mary and Jason
Firstly I would like to thank our Captain 👩🏾✈️ Jason is highly knowledgeable about where would be good to fish. Considering we had no previous experience with fishing. He took us under his wing and showed us the ropes. My father and I had always wanted to try fishing but never imagined we learn so quickly on the job. Jason helped get us on the right path and before we knew it we had landed our first fish! We relaxed into it after that and then started catching more fish. Amazing day and feeling honestly! We came away not only with a few fish but gaining a new life skill. Cant wait to get back out there and do it all again next week with Captain Jason. I will attach some photos of our catch. I love bottom fishing and it's hard to find a bottom fishing bout around here. Captain Jason and his mate Jeremy were very attentive and want you to have a good time and catch… and catch we did! Butterfish, red hind, sand tilefish,bream, parrotfish, squirrel fish… you can fish your own gear or have fun hand lining. I definitely recomend for a light easy chill day of catching. Thanks Jason!

After a very friendly and easy booking process. We were Scooped up on the beach and taken straight to the sculpture park for some snorkelling. This was fantastic with all the equipment provided. Then we headed out fishing. It wasn't long before we all started catching some fish, a few quiet moments were passed with great hospitality and a few beers. We were dropped back on the beach right in front of our hotel and given our catch which the chef then prepared for us at diner! Great experience, couldn't recommend Jason and Mary enough.
The highlight of our trip to Grenada! Jason was really communicative with us leading up to the trip, which made everything easy. The snorkel equipment was great and we loved seeing all the ocean life and the sculpture park. We also rode along the shore to get a better view of St George's from the water. Then to best part - the fishing! We fished with both hand lines and spinning tackle and caught a nice haul of different local fish (20+ total). Jason even dropped us off right on our hotels beach afterward! He went above and beyond to ensure we got to eat our catch. Can't thank him enough for that. Highly recommend for a local experience and a day on the water!

I began professionally fishing in the Caribbean Sea after rebuilding my first boat the Pani Kasia, which is Polish for Lady Katherine.
