If you book to fish with us, it will just be yourself and your guests onboard whether it is 1 or 8 persons.
Captain Steve Parkinson has over twenty five years experience fishing the waters of Grenada, to make sure you have a safe and productive day of fishing.
My experienced and helpful crew will help and encourage you to get involved in the action
The fishing in Grenada is varied and you can expect to catch blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish,yellowfin tuna,wahoo and mahi at any point.

The boat is renowned for giving a soft stable ride. Big strong and safe with all the necessary safety equipment ,inspection certificates and insurance.
The boat also has a clean, fresh smelling Restroom.
New 700 hp Cummins engines were fitted in 2019, they are quiet, modern and smoke free, with underwater exhausts to enhance your fishing enjoyment.
Our tackle is first rate, modern and well maintained. 80lb tiagras for heavy tackle, 50lb tiagras and 30lb tyrnos reels for light tackle. We use a selection of some of the worlds best lures and we also bait and switch with teasers.
Rum Knuckles currently holds the record for the largest blue marlin weighed in Grenada at 919lbs in July 2025.
We are based at the prestigious Port Louis Marina with bars and restaurants available for after your trip. We can arrange for a local restaurant cook some of your catch.
We can arrange transport to and from your hotel.
Payment by cash USD or ECD after your trip.
Please note that we no longer take PayPal.
It is customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
There will be some light snacks provided on board for half days and lunch on full days
Water, sodas and beers on ice are also included!

8 Hour Trip – Offshore on July 14, 2026 • 2 adultsCaptain and crew were phenomenal. The boat was great and actually the first time EVER that my wife didn’t get sea sick (thanks to the larger boat and the captain giving tips to help beforehand). We caught a nice mackrel along the reef at the beginning of the trip and then headed out to deeper waters for the big fish. After chasing after them for a couple of hours, we hooked onto a 150lb Yellow Fin Tuna and got him into the boat after a long fight. What an experience!! Captain and crew were amazing from beginning to end. We would definitely choose them again.

We had double and I think one triple hit and wore ourselves out reeling in four big Wahoos and innumerable Barracuda. Mates Sandy and Loki were professional and supportive when we felt like there was no way we could crank the Shimano reels one more revolution. The boat was superb, recently upgraded with new diesels capable of Destroyer speeds (36 knots) and very comfortable. If you want a chance to put a lot of fish in the boat and feed yourself for several days, Steve is your Man and Rum Knuckles is your boat.

For the size and condition of the boat, crew and overall experience, Rum Knuckles was well worth it. Plenty of shade, clean, comfortable and with a working toilet, the trip is for all levels of fisherman and family. Captain Stephen and crew were friendly and good company for the trip. Highly recommend for anybody.

They know exactly what we’re doing. It just happened to be an off day. You never go deep-sea fishing with any guarantees of catching fish. If you want guarantee, go to the fish market 🤣.

This was an amazing fishing trip! Super nice catain and amazing deck hand. We had a blast catching wahoo, rainbow runners, and barracuda. Must do while on the island

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Captain Steve and his crew, Louki and Sandy. I travelled to Grenada over the new year with three teenagers who love fishing! Captain Steve took us out and it was a fantastic experience with the boys catching lots of fish! Steve knows the area so well and had lots of tips and suggestions for us. We will be back to Grenada and will absolutely be going back out again with Steve and crew!
