Are you ready to get out of the house and get some vitamin SEA? Rob's Fishing Charters is opened back up and ready to take you fishing! With the weather heating up and the fishing being on fire, get with Captain Rob for your fishing needs! Start your adventure in Aransas Pass and enjoy the best Texas inshore fishing!

You'll be fishing from a 23' CCB bay boat that accommodates up to 4 guests, including kids of all ages. The boat is powered by a 300 HP Suzuki engine, that will take you to your fishing spot in no time. There's safety equipment in case of emergency, GPS and VHF radio for navigation, and a live bait tank.

Your fishing adventure focuses on inshore species, such as Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, and an occasional Flounder. These are the species Texas inshore fishing is known for and they make a great table fare. You get to keep the fish at the end of the trip and the Captain will clean it for you free of charge. Find yourself a great restaurant after the trip, or bring a cooler if you're saving fish for later.

Your fishing equipment, lures, and bait are fully covered. You only need to prepare your fishing license, snacks, and drinks. Don't forget your camera and snap a few photos!

Lots of of fish

Half day on June 14, 2025 • 3 adults

Caught a lot of fish. Limit of trout and almost a limit of black drum went into the ice box. Many many more were released that were too small. Boat and Guide were excellent!  New boat and experienced Captain. I have my own boat but nothing beats having a fishing guide that is on the water EVERY DAY.

Robert Carr is nothing short of extraordinary.  This man knows what he's doing and works his tail off to put you on the fish.  He literally never quits. This was definitely a tough day on the water, weather was slightly balmy, overcast and windy.  Rob never gave up.  I'm not sure how he keeps his cool and level head and stays in the game. He's great with the family. 
This was my family's first ever charter, in any water, and he set the bar ridiculously high for any future guides/charters.  He is non-stop actively working to find the fish, even when it's pretty obvious that things aren't working out as expected. Add to that he has no quams with sharing his knowledge,  and I'm the kind of guy that asks questions. 
Thank you Robert for a fantastic 1st experience.  We very much look forward to future days on the waters of Corpus Christi with you.  You are definitely an easy eleven out of ten!
Take my word for it, you will not be disappointed when fishing wit Robert.  Don't delay - book your trip!
