Ponce Inlet Water Sports
Have a wonderful family fishing adventure with Ponce Inlet Water Sports! Visit Ponce Inlet and meet the beautiful Floridian waters while having a fishing experience of a lifetime. You’ll travel inshore, nearshore, as well as offshore and chase a lot of different interesting species.
Your ride will be a 21’ Parker SE center console that can accommodate 6 guests and runs on a 150 HP Yamaha engine. Its quality navigation technology will help locate fish and keep you on the right track. You can use the onboard sound system to make your trip even more enjoyable, and you’ll also have an ice-box to keep your fish and drinks cool. The boat’s fishing equipment includes a livewell.
If you’re a beginner, you’ll have the chance to learn to bottom fish, and if you already have some experience, you can perfect your skill further. In any case, there will be plenty of interesting fish for you to catch. You can target King and Spanish Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Blacktip Shark, Ray, Flounder, and many more. Some of the species you can choose to either keep or release, while for some of them release is mandatory. Ponce Inlet Water Sports always encourages guests to bring their children along and create a wonderful family atmosphere on the boat.
You’re covered for all the fishing equipment you’ll need for the trip. Rods, reels, tackle, lures, and live bait are all included in the price, and so are fishing licenses. The captain will also clean and fillet your catch free of charge. You’ll just need to pack something to eat and drink during your trip.

Half day fishing with Captain Josh
We went with my sister, her son, and my wife about 13 miles out. In just 4 hours we caught a shark, caught several "bait fish", saw a super rare leatherback turtle, and even landed a 36lb Amberjack to take home to eat! Josh was super funny the whole trip and extremely helpful to my 6 year old nephew. It was really cute to see him interact with him. When we were slowly reeling in the amberjack, he was really good at coaching us on how to bring it in and even kept it light hearted through all the hard work! On our way back we even spotted a manta ray too. Once we got back to shore, he fileted the monster amberjack and so we had fish tacos tonight. Thanks Josh and Ponce Inlet Water Sports!!

The Girl won!
Great day!! Captain Josh was Great! He took time with all of us to ensure we knew what to do. We all caught fish and my niece caught the biggest. Josh helped rub that in to all of us guys. Hit some rain but did not let it ruin our day. Josh navigated around it and got us back on the fish. We will definitely book again next year with Josh. Thanks for a great day.

From beginning to end of the charter Josh was phenomenal - he is personable and knowledgeable. He made the trip better than we hoped for - can’t wait to come back down and go back out with him. I set out to take my boys and their cousins on a fishing trip similar to one I had done with my brother. There was 6 of us. Only myself had been once before. Captain Josh kept up with handling the boat plus 6 inexperienced fishers! He did an amazing job, was professional and made it fun! I will be back another time.
