You’ll fish on a 30’ Cherokee performance fishing boat powered by a twin 270 HP Mercruiser engine. The deck of the boat is spacious enough to carry six guests. The boat’s got top-class fishing and navigation equipment. She features a comfortable toilet, modern multimedia system, and is equipped with downriggers. On board will also be a first mate to make sure you have the best possible fishing experience.

Captain Jim uses light tackle and specializes in trolling. You’ll be using this technique to catch Walleye, White Bass, and Rainbow Trout.

Walleye Wacker Fishing Charters covers you for all the fishing gear needed for the trip, including rods, reels, terminal tackle, and lures. Once the trip is over, the crew can have your catch cleaned and filleted for a small charge. Pack your food, drinks, and licenses and you’re ready for exploring Lake Erie.

This trip is a great opportunity to learn the basics of using fishing gear and practice the trolling technique as you cruise the lake and search for fish.
