1255 Greate Road, Gloucester Point, VA 23062, United States

The charter Never Enough Sportfishing will provide you with your adventure on the sea and hopefully a trophy that goes with it. Experience the bay area with Capt. Jeff Brooks who will make your trip exciting and comfortable.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 2012 Parker (Center console) powered by a 300 HP Yamaha engine capable of reaching speeds of up to 36 knots. The boat is equipped with a tower, controls, and all the necessary electronics to find that trophy of a lifetime. This fishing machine can accommodate groups and families of up to 4 people.

The charter will take anglers to inshore and nearshore fisheries along with reef and wreck locations. There are many options when it comes to fishing techniques, ranging from light tackle and bottom fishing to trolling and drift fishing. Depending on the season you also have a variety of choices like Cobia, Red Drum, Flounder, as well as Stripers, just to name a few.

Families with children are welcome aboard. Don’t forget to bring your beverages, snacks, sunscreen, and sunglasses. All passengers are covered with a charter fishing license, and all the equipment, lures, and live bait are provided on board. The crew includes a first mate who will work with you for the preparation of your trophy.

Experience the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and perhaps get a delicious trophy to show off to your friends. Your satisfaction and safety are Capt. Jeff’s number one priority. Just contact Never Enough Sportfishing and enjoy your great day on the water!

The perfect 25th anniversary

VERIFIED

Full Day Trip on July 3, 2024

We selected Captain Jeff for this trip because of his bio (you can't replace 40+ years of experience with a 2x Master Angeler), other's reviews and convenient location. What a find! Jeff and his crew are not only experts at their craft but they are good people who we truly enjoyed spending the day with. The Cobia bite was promising at first, yielding 2 shorts within minutes of reaching Jeff's honey hole in the Chesapeake. Things slowed for a bit but they fished hard. We've never been sight fishing for Cobia and what a thrill it was! Eventually the hard work paid off with a 44" keeper with several hours of promise left in the day. The Cobia were spawning and skittish with several more attempts just being interested in the meals Jeff and Trevor expertly placed right in front of them. After several hours of persistence and patience we were rewarded in the "bottom of the 9th". With only a few minutes left before pointing the bow back to Gloucester Point. It was game on with a 55" keeper! Once back at the dock, Jeff and crew expertly cleaned the fish for us while we recounted the amazing 25th anniversary experience with them and snapped a few more pictures. We'll be back for our 26th!

Half Day Trip (AM) on July 23, 2024

I took my two sons (13,8) on their first charter. Captain Jeff found the fish and we reef fished until my son’s arms got tired of reeling fish in. We spent the remaining time trolling for Spanish mackerel where we were consistently reeling them in. Captain Jeff and Trever were a wealth of information not only about the fishing but also the Bay Area. Next time we are in town we will be sure to do the all day trip. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thanks Again!

Half Day Trip (AM) on July 6, 2024

Captain Jeff put us on the fish on a busy day when few people nearby were catching anything. Ended up landing four big cobia and a small one, with two around 48”. Captain’s mate Hunter was integral to hooking us up and he worked hard to land and handle the fish all day as well.

Was an amazing day out on the water with Capt Jeff. He put us right on the fish, ended up killing it with a 70 lb cobia, I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking to catch cobia or just have a great time fishing

angler's choice

The Angler's Choice Award is given to listings that consistently deliver a high-quality service and earn great reviews from customers.

Over 45 years spent on the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries I’ve always had a passion for fishing. Growing up I would target each species to catch a citation every season. With this goal I have achieved Master Angler Level 2. Today I like to use my knowledge so others can enjoy the great sport of fishing and all the Chesapeake has to offer!
