Operating out of Homer, Alaska, the world's Halibut capital, Grand Alaskan Adventures provides amazing river and ocean fishing trips. Captain Will will take you to some of the top fishing spots in Alaska and make sure you have a safe and exciting day on the water, whether you're looking for Halibut or Salmon, or maybe that up-close photo of Alaska's spectacular wildlife.
Capt. Will's experience with the US Coast Guard has taught him that safety is critical for your Alaskan journey. He's very proud of his understanding of Alaskan animals, land geology, and the history of this wonderful state. Capt. Will is dedicated to sustainable harvesting procedures and the preservation of native lands.
Capt. Will's 27' SeaSport pilot offshore boat is equipped with cutting-edge technologies and furnishings, as well as a private toilet. All of the necessary equipment is covered by the crew. The boat has a maximum capacity of 4 passengers. No matter what fishing spots you visit, you'll have a comfortable day on the water.
You'll mainly go after Halibut, Lingcod, Cod, Rockfish, and many different types of Salmon.
Make sure you bring your fishing licenses and pack some food and drinks for the day. Everything else is covered by the captain.

We had an amazing experience with Captain Will and his son Colton! He put us on the fish fast and kept us there all day long! They are great people and we cant wait to come back! Anyone that likes to catch fish would love a trip with these guys. Book a trip with them and you wont be disappointed! Thanks for the great trip!

The charter was awesome. The captain and crew were safety conscious and new where to go to find fish. Sharing life experiences with the captain and crew was a bonus.
Can't recommend the charter with captain will jones enough! Caught so many fish and the overall experience was awesome! Super easy process and an amazing time! Thank you Will!!
Grand Alaskan Adventures is a well run charter with a great boat and crew. Highly recommend to anyome looking for a fun and action packed day of fishing.

Best charter I have ever been on. Great captain and deckhand. Always kept us on the fish. Captain made a great call before going out. Was supposed to be a halibut and salmon charter but the salmon were no where to be found days before. He asked if we wanted rockfish instead and it was the best decision to go with rockfish. Radio chatter confirmed no salmon to be found. Limited out on halibut and rockfish. Thanks Captain Will and Carly!
