Phantom Sportfishing – St. Catharines
Phantom Sportfishing offers a fun day on Lake Ontario, where you can target local fish species. You haven’t really experienced this amazing lake until you’ve caught a fish or two and grilled it afterward. Let Captain Franky show you his tricks and help you get better at this amazing sport.
You’ll be fishing on a comfortable 32’ Proline boat that accommodates up to 6 anglers. This sportfishing boat has been refurbished in 2020, so you’ll find the latest navigational electronics here, as well as twin 200 HP Yamaha engines. The boat features a private toilet, a galley, and she’s wheelchair accessible. To help you catch fish with more ease, you can use a fighting chair, a live bait tank, and trolling gear.
Trolling is the main approach to catch fish, but you can also try out bottom fishing and light tackle. The start of the show on every trip is Walley but it’s not your only target - you can also catch Chinook Salmon, Lake Trout, and Rainbow Trout.
Your fishing equipment is prepared and covered by the captain. He’ll also clean, fillet, and bag your catch, so all you need is to pick a restaurant and enjoy your catch to the fullest. Don’t forget to prepare your fishing license and pack some snacks and drinks for the trip.
Phantom Sportfishing will do the work - you do the reeling! Join them for your next day to remember!
